Horrible place to eat. Dining room looked awful, no bathrooms open and it wasn’t even 8. Only saw 2 people there, the guy said his name was Tim and her said the woman was named Liz. Her phone was her priority. That poor man was making orders by himself. The cheese wasn’t melted on my Hook and Ladder. He looked overwhelmed. She was having a very enjoyable conversation with somebody on the phone. Too bad she did not focus on her job! Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Right off of 465 is this great location. It’s a little tight in the parking lot. Just squeeze through. They got plenty of room for you inside. Once you place your order sit back and relax. They are making it up fresh for you. It’s worth the few minutes it takes. This sandwich came up fresh and hot. The flavor is spot on for a hot sub. I’ll check this spot out again when I’m back this way.

This is a difficult review. First, the food was amazing. But now comes the difficult part. There were 2 people working, a guy (I think he said his name was Warren) and an overweight female. The guy took my order and made all of it by himself, from start to finish. He was friendly and courteous and had incredible customer service. The female was more interested in her phone, and when she walked away I could here her yelling and cussing from the back to whoever she was on the phone with. I sincerely hope she starts caring about her customers more like the Warren did.

Delicious food and friendly service. There was a line of customers waiting to order and others waiting to pick up their food. They seemed a bit understaffed, and we did have a bit of extra wait time, but the food came out hot and fresh in under 15 minutes. I had the Hook and Ladder combo and it was very flavorful. I am glad we visited this restaurant today. It seems to be popular with the locals.

Great positive experience today. I picked up an online order and interacted with 3 people. All were very friendly. Gave my kids Rice Krispie treat snacks. Fireman hats, gave me the Datil sauce packets. App had smiles on their faces and great personalities. Please pass this along

First off to start off I think the mission they have to help the community and the fore department is just an amazing staple of business giving back. Now to my experience at this location. I think that the food priced the way it is the quality should be number one. As you can see the sandwich sub i got was the Large Smokehouse Brisket, this sandwich was one that I had big hopes for. The brisket was ok and I’m saying that because the flavor was not there and the smoke was in it. The chili was another story as seen in the picture, why would that bowl be half full? Why would they scrape the last bit out of the bag and only give you the small amount for the large price? Theses are the questions that ran through my mind when my father got all the way home to find that the picture was what he got. I believe that this place is still an excellent place to go but confirm your food is right before you leave. I hope this helps.

All right guys, here we go, I stopped in as I like Firehouse subs. I normally give a place 3 tries before I would say anything negative about the food or services. On this evening a few of us stopped for a quick little bite and I just had to show what they call a side salad!! And what they charge for it. I have been to this particular location several times and I been hoping for an improvement in the sides offered. The chicken and dumplings are just mostly plain watered-down soup, the mac and cheese are absolutely tasteless. This side salad is a laughing joke! I could go on and on about the deserts etc. Now the Subs are really tasty and nicely sized and the bread is always fresh which is why I go there. In today’s climate with a lot of people trying to support a business and they put out a product like this on a consistent basis, this location should be ashamed of themselves. I’m a firehouse subs fan, I and my many followers will NOT go here again.

I had placed my order on the app, but made a mistake & didn’t know how to cancel it out, so I immediately called the restaurant & thankfully they were able to fix it for me. Then I went in to pick up my food, & all 3 staff members who were there on the frontline working this evening (1/23/24) were kind courteous & had excellent customer service skills (which you unfortunately don’t really seem to find very often anymore these days). Plus…obviously the food was delicious!! So overall, yea it was a pleasant experience. & I will return. Thank you!
