There are several options for outdoor dining in York, and if you are looking to have a few drinks and an appetizer, it’s fine. However, there are a lot of other issues to consider. Want to say first that our waitress and the wait staff were great, but every item took a long time to come out (25 minutes for the Thai Chili Shrimp).
Atmosphere: Sat on the patio on a breezy Friday evening with the backdrop of the Heritage Hills Golf Course. Shortly after arriving one by one, golf carts pulled up right by the tables with several people smoking and drinking in the carts. Cigarette smoke makes everything taste better.
Shareables:
The shareables (which said they serve 3-4 people) were good but smaller than expected for the price. The Thai Chili Shrimp appetizer had 5 shrimp with decent flavor but popped right out of their breading when trying to cut them to share. The chicken taco appetizer was good with well spiced chicken and fresh ingredients. They were the best thing we had.
Soups:
The French onion soup was below average and was excessively salty.
The asparagus and crab curry bisque had hardly any crab, and the only evidence of asparagus was green specks. The curry water, however, had a very good flavor.
Salads:
The cobb salad was traditional and fine with all of the expected ingredients.
The Marty’s Antipasto salad looked like someone took an Italian deli sub and dumped it on some lettuce. Not appetizing to look at, and if you like eating a double meat italian sub with a knife and fork, it was ok.
Pizza:
It is really hard to find great pizza in York, but it is easy to go to a place called Pizza Loft and find bad pizza. The crust was dry, flavorless, very chewy, and had obviously been frozen. The sauce tasted like generic store brand pizza sauce, and the cheese tasted like plastic. If you loved cafeteria pizza as a kid in school, this will bring you back.
One final thing is that they have a massive selection of beer, and the specialty cocktails were very good. If you want to meet up with friends for drinks or have a few after golfing, it is really great for that. If you want a great meal out, keep looking.

Have been going here for years, but tonight my friend and I had the worse experience. The young blonde guy bartender was apparently off work tonight and was just drinking at his place of employment for a fun night out. One of his friends said a blatantly racist remark to my friend multiple times and nothing was done by any of the staff. Even after the guy stated he did cocaine in the bar’s bathroom and therefore had an “excuse” for his racist words, none of the workers (including the blonde guy who pulled this friend of his away after the incident) did anything about it. No apology. The guy who said the racist remarks wasn’t even kicked out. Absolutely nothing was done. It’s a shame that an otherwise great establishment condones such disgusting behavior and apparently employs such disgusting workers. Do better – it’s 2026 and this type of behavior should not be tolerated by any business. Your employees still represent your business off the clock while inside of your establishment! This is a terrible look for business and the people you employ!

Arrived in town for a short stay from Florida. The minute we arrived we were greeted by professional and young college kids at the hostess stand. We waited for 10 minutes while our table was assigned. Perfect table on the terrace facing the 18th hole. Sarah our hostess from Penn state was a joy to get to know. We all ordered from the huge menu selection and couldnt decide what to order. We saw The table next to us and the presentation looked amazing. We finally ordered steaks and salmon as our meal with delicious drinks. Perfect Saturday night at a great venue in York Pa. Keep up the great work Shaun Conway and your team. We will be back. Thank you for your hospitality!

Very good restaurant overall – the food was very good and the atmosphere was great. It was low key and had beautiful outside areas with beautiful views. I got the fish tacos as my main dish and it was delicious.
The main reason why I gave it 4 stars and not 5 was because the drinks are very weak, and the service was a little slow at times.
But it’s overall a very nice restaurant and nice atmosphere.

My husband and I ate here last Thursday evening. It did take a while to be seated. I have limited mobility and was taken downstairs to be seated inside. It did take a while to order beverages and more time to order food. It was Happy Hour and was very noisy and busy.
We started with bang bang shrimp. It was good little spicy . My husband had the stuffed flounder with crab it was good came with risotto and green beans. He enjoyed his meal. It came in good time.
I had the skirt steak which was cooked perfectly came with mashed potatoes with a demi glaze and green beans. My meal was very tasty.
We also took a cheeseburger with fries home for our son. It looked good.

Stopped in during brunch on Sunday. They had a decent brunch menu including $2 mimosas! I got a chef salad which was delicious. The view is always gorgeous on the patio as it overlooks Heritage Hills Golf Course. Great place to enjoy outdoor dining!

Not very hard to leave a horrible review for a horrible place, was ignored till I walked up to the bar and asked for menus. As other tables were being served.Then went to order and bartender said oh menu changed now to late night. So we left. Place had a very unwelcome vibe. Glad I left before beer was poured on me see other reviews!

This place is FANTASTIC. It looks so much better after the remodel. The food is always DELICIOUS. We have been there a bunch of times sine they reopened and were there on the first day. This week we had the Brisket nachos, fried Cauliflower, The Piergois and the Wild Mushroo pizza. The pizzas are our FAVORITES , cooked perfectly. That thing crispy crust and fresh ingredients make it killer. Check this place out

Best place we’ve had dinner at in a long time! First we were amazed by the scenery and wonderful atmosphere. We were promptly seated and had a gorgeous view. The food was excellent… My husband ordered the lobster ravioli and I ordered the egg plant Caprese… By far the best eggplant and sauce I have ever had! My husband thoroughly enjoyed the lobster ravioli. The desserts were outstanding as were the beverages. Can’t wait to come back soon!
