ordered a cheese pizza on line. Picked it up and when I opened the box the pizza looked old like it was made hours ago. I tried cutting the pizza and it was to hard to cut. The crust was like a rock and there was no sauce on the pizza. We couldn’t eat the pizza. Had to throw it away. I called and spoke with the lead because it was a Saturday night and told the lead whay happened he said the manager would be in on Sunday and he would call me so I could get a refund. Of course no one called. I called back on on Monday and was told my refund should be in with in three business day, but never came. Called back and he said the manager was out of town that he would call corporate because they would need to refund me. He called me back and said I would have a refund in three days. It never came when I called he said it was definitely refunded and some banks are slower them others ( with an attitude) well I never got a refund and it was horrible customer service!!

The pizza slices we ordered were good. The service counter fella was very friendly and luckily warned us how big a whole pizza was. I almost ordered a whole pie and they are huge. The slices are so big. It takes two paper plates to carry them from the order counter. They had a lot of great unique choices for drinks in the drink cooler available.
However, I did hear the workers chatting in the back and a bit of cussing.
Inside they have very limited high top tables and stools available. The outside they have plenty of seating except we visited on a very rainy day. The parking is abundant and is easily accessed at ground level.

Arrived just before 4 pm on a Monday, gentleman behind the counter full beard, backwards hat was very uninviting and took our order. When pizza was ready he called my name to come get it, it was dine in. Large hot pan to carry, I had to go back to our table to get the paper plates to place between pan and my hand to be able to carry it. The lady behind the counter knew immediately what I was dealing with and offered to carry it and or give me hand towels to be able to. Pizza I give a 4, the lady I give a 5, that gentleman gets a 0 and I would give it no stars but 1 is as low as I can go!

Came here for a date and was decent. My guy bought me here because he knew I was from NY and wanted me to try the NY style pizza. The only thing NY about this pizza was the size. It was good and I couldn’t eat even finish one whole slice so I had one for home. I would have liked mine baked a little harder and was absolutely flabbergasted when I asked for garlic powder and they didn’t have any! That alone hurt my heart because in garlic powder is a must on NY pizza… lol I loved the outside seating. The wait for it was long. My friend also loved his veggie pizza and it looked delicious.

A kitschy a little joint in the heart of Concord with a great atmosphere, friendly service, and dare I say, damn fine pizza! Don’t bother buying a whole pizza because a single slice is so large it’s served on two plates! I mean gigantic slices, filled with toppings with a crispy, crunchy, delicious crust and perfect amount of cheese. Served hot and fresh. If you’re nearby do your taste buds a favor and stop in to check it out.

Today was my marks my first try of Benny’s pizza. I heard great things, but started with just a slice. Immediately after my first bite I was sold. The 28-inch pies are a must-try. Options include cheese, pepperoni, garlic mushroom, or combinations like half cheese/half garlic mushroom. The cashier Jared informed me of the specialty pizza. I order a half cheese and half specialty. Everything was really good! Even the other patrons were super knowledgeable and kind. Amazing experience.

Called in order was told they were running behind & it would be 30-40 minutes. Arrived at the 30 minute mark & the pizza had not made it into the oven yet & they had forgot my breadsticks totally. It was getting late for my event so I went ahead and paid to get that taken care of. Proceeded to wait an additional 30* minutes before I got frustrated and walked back up to see if they gave my pizza to someone else. Turns out they took it out of the oven & set it in on top of the oven & just never bothered to tell me it was ready. And of course the breadsticks were forgotten yet again. I was so late & so disappointed that I just said forget about them. The person just said, “ok.” No apology. No refund offer. Nothing.

Been coming once a week, sometimes twice a week, every weekend since they opened. You’ll find me there Friday and/or Saturday having a slice and drinking my citraquench’l.
Bonus points given if you ask them to sing your name over the speaker when your order is called on a busy day to see everyone’s face

I love this place. This is my second #1 pizza place in Concord. The slices are huge delicious and worth the price. I also like the design of the restaurant I love the aesthetics. I will be ordering from here a lot in the future.

Wasn’t going to post this review. then someone I know posted a review and told they were wrong. My car was towed by Benny Decorsa. I got there early and parked in the Dedicated benny decorsa parking spot with the sign then we sat in the patio area waiting for your place to open. When the door opens we came in and were the first customers that day. My granddad who was with said said “isn’t that your car on that tow truck”? I immediately turned to the manager behind the counter and said why is my car being towed and he said we didn’t know it was yours we assumed it was someone parked at the courthouse. There was another lady sitting there. We told her to move. I told them why didn’t you ask? The only person waiting for you to open sitting by the door in the patio. They said well technically not a customer yet and if you’re in the patio area before 10 o’clock your technically loitering. They did nothing to help and they said there was nothing they could do. It cost $230 to get the car out of the tow yard in Concord. To be honest it bums me out because you guys have the best pizza and I have no ill will. Just want to say I’m not lying.
