Ordered our pizza at 5:05 to dine in. After 30 minutes my husband went to see why we had not gotten our order . He was told it would be 6 more minutes. But others who came in after us already had their pizza. We finally got our pizza at 5:50. Forty five minutes for a pizza is ridiculous considering we were the only ones in there when we ordered. Luckily when we FINALLY did get our pizza, it was good so that is why I am giving my review 2 stars rather than only 1.
This is why we quit going there because of the service like this but thought we would try again only to be disappointed once again. Eating out is too expensive to wait this long for one pizza and barely even got an apology for the delay.

Gambino’s in Winfield has gone down hill in service and food. $96.73 on 11-02-25 4:54PM. Family supper was a total waste of funds. Salad bar had outdated noodles that tasted sour. The large meat lover style pizza was undercooked. Meat was raw to the taste and pizza dow was not baked throw. Food on the floor from previous customers and no forks in the dispenser. Had to ask for silverware. This was it for me and my family. INFLATION cost and poor service and environment at Gambino’s in Winfield. We are done.

Ordered an Italiano this evening. When Emily R. brought me a pizza, I pointed out that the Italiano is supposed to have Italian dressing instead of tomato sauce, she offered to put me in “The book”. Apparently that means I get a discount on a future order. I declined and said I wanted my pizza made correctly. She proceeded to sigh loudly, threw the incorrect pie on the oven, and walked away with no further comment. Finally got the right one after waiting nearly an hour. No apology, nothing. No one came back to check on me. Terrible customer service.

Love the calzone. We actually haven’t tried the regular pizza because of how wonderful the calzone is. Garlic butter crust and your choice of three ingredients. Today’s was beyond exceptional! Wow! Super packed with toppings. Will be back when I need my garlic butter fix. I was gonna take a photo of the food, but totally forgot until after it was already gone. It got to the table, and we all just dived right in. Yummy

Amazing lunch buffet! Lots of different kinds of pizza and drinks are also self serve so you able to do everything yourself. There is also a salad bar so you can get the healthy options to counteract the amazing pizza. Can’t beat the price being under $12 as well.

We went in for the evening buffet with plenty of time before it closed down. There was a beef Pizza, a meat lovers, and a few pieces of chicken bacon ranch. I asked prior to ordering if they were putting out more pizzas. I was told yes, so we went ahead and ordered. The only thing that was put out was another meat lovers Pizza. I asked if they were going to be putting out a dessert pizza, again I was told yes. I had to remind the worker three different times about a dessert pizza, and it wasn’t until the delivery driver came in and I told him I was waiting on a dessert pizza to be put out before it was even started. When I go to a buffet I expect to have some variety to choose from, and I should not have to leave a buffet hungry because there’s nothing on the buffet to eat. (We were not the only customers eating the buffet). If the prices are going to continue going up there should at least be some quality to the food and what you get, not fewer pizzas and choices. Very disappointed. Gambino’s you need to do better.
