We went here for a team lunch for work and this was my first time trying it out. I was a bit confused at the process at first, but it ended up working a lot like it did for the yaki niku restaurant I went to over in Japan in 2004. You get raw meats and veggies and cook it yourself at the table, which is a fun and chaotic activity for a table of 4. The table we were at sat 6 total, and any more than 4 seems like it would have been too crowded, so it was nice we only had 4 at our table.

The grill was easy enough to run. The hot pots were also easy to set up and use. Unfortunately, cooking on both the grill and in the hot pot simultaneously had me forgetting about items in my hot pot abs they got overdone, but still very tasty.

I had the garlic chicken and spicy chicken bulgogi. Both were fanatical flavorful and filling. I also went with a vegetable hot pot with Ramen, Chicken, tofu and crab, and that turned out very nice. I had some veggies as well, but had to cook then separate from all the meats just due to space issues on the grill.

We ended up making it work well, though. The service was fantastic and they were always there pretty quick to take used dishes away and refill anything. It’s all you can eat, so you can try a bunch of stuff, but it does get very filling after a couple items.

There is also an appetizer and dessert bar along with a build your own sauce bar for dipping your cooked food into. The atmosphere was nice but very open with tall ceilings. But it didn’t sound too loud in there, which was nice. I would prefer a more intimate area to eat this sort of meal, but that doesn’t seem feasible.

All in all, it was a fantastic experience. If you can afford it, it’s a good lunch or dinner for sure. I don’t think I would go back based on the price alone, but if someone else was paying, I’d be all over the experience again.

We enjoyed our lunch at the hot. There was so many options. We definitely are looking forward to going back and trying different things. We did go on a weekend so it was a little pricey but just make sure you go hungry. I think it’s worth it. I do wish there were tables instead of booths because to get up and have to go to the main area with the sauces, seasonings and buffet options. Everyone has to get up in your seat.

Was in the neighborhood so thought I’ll try, even though I was running short on time.

Service: Top Class!! From the moment I talked in, and told them I’m short on time, and it was my first time dining, they explained everything clearly, and my server was on top of her game, making sure I understood the menu, and helped me pick everything and bring it all out at the same time, and that I wasn’t waiting on anything and brought the check ahead of time as well. 6/5 stars!!

Food: I went with Hot Pot with Tom Yum broth (you can do BBQ also for $5 extra), cuz I like Tom Yum flavors, and it didn’t disappoint. The cooking times on the menu, are on-point. And everything tasted great!!

There’s a small buffet Bar upfront for appetizers and a ton of sauces, and desserts, and salad, and fruits. Everything I tried was great. The mini custard eclairs and Graham cracker pudding were delicious!!!!

I asked ahead of time, if I can take home a small sampling (little bit a broth and a couple of tib-bits) for my kid to try and see if she’d wanna come dine-in at a later time, and the manager was more than happy to allow that

Overall, great addition to Green Bay’s not so diverse restaurant scene. Definitely worth a visit, esp with friends and family

Great all you can eat hot pot and asian BBQ. You are in control of the cooking and food. Pot at table and you add your ingredients and cook them. Great selection of things to cook and sauce station to accept the flavors of your meal. Exceptional service.

This is a great addition to the Green Bay food scene! The Hot Pot has a great veriety in broth for vegan, gluten free, and spicy options. The BBQ meat was so tender and seasoned well! The food came out so fast and service was great. They were so nice, patient, and informative. We enjoyed our time and will be back.

Unique and interactive dining experience with its all-you-can-eat hot pot and Korean BBQ concept. The restaurant brings the best of Asian cuisine to the table, literally, in a clean, modern, and welcoming environment perfect for families, friends, or date nights.

Customers can choose from a wide selection of fresh ingredients including meats, seafood, vegetables, noodles, and a variety of flavorful broths and sauces. Each table is equipped with a grill and a hot pot, allowing guests to cook their own meals just the way they like it. The ingredients are fresh, and the broths are rich and savory.

Service is a major highlight — the staff is friendly, helpful, and always ready to explain the process to newcomers. The overall atmosphere is relaxed yet lively, making it a fun dining destination.

In short, The Hot is a fantastic place if you’re looking for something different and flavorful in Green Bay. Whether you’re new to hot pot or a fan of Asian BBQ, this spot won’t disappoint. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love this place. First time trying this sort of dining experience. Kind of hectic at first because there were a lot of ingredients and cooking. Really appreciated the wait staff especially our waiter. He really took the time to explain and was super friendly and went over and beyond. The food was pretty good, I liked the sauce bar, maybe could’ve had more options to combine but good enough for me. I hope they succeed.

First time eating here, absolutely amazing experience. Tried nearly everything on the menu and had a hard time finding something I didn’t like. The staff was interactive and helped us to learn to use the hotpot and grill, gave us tips and offered suggestions for next bites. Service was incredibly fast, and had little to no wait time. Will absolutely be returning, and encourage others to do so.

Just went today for their soft opening today.
Service was fast & good.
Was greeted and seated quickly.
The hostess quickly took my order, got my soup base within 10mins. Got my meat within couple mins as well. Overall for soft opening I would say was a good start. Plenty of condiments to make sauce . Appetizers were good. I would def come here again once the have their grand opening and have more stuff.

Parking PLENTY. It’s beautifully designed and decorated. Big areas for large groups. I see big things for this location .

What a fun dining experience! I do recommend downloading the “new” menu b4 you order as they have more items such as tenderloin than is listed on menu given. The spices needed to spice up the broth are on the buffet up front. The service was great. There are many employees walking around gathering plates and waitress was attentive. All of the food came quickly. Establishment was very clean!
