I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this Popeyes location, and it’s gotten to the point where something really needs to change—starting with management.
This is not my first time dealing with the current manager, and unfortunately, she has been consistently rude. During my most recent visit, her behavior was especially disappointing. She barely acknowledged me at the window, gave me a nasty look, and didn’t seem interested in helping at all. Before I even had the chance to ask for extra sauce or confirm that my order was correct, she shut the window/door in my face. No “thank you,” no “have a nice day”—just complete disregard for basic customer service.
What makes this even more frustrating is that the previous manager was the complete opposite—polite, welcoming, and genuinely kind. That level of service is what customers expect and deserve.
I strongly suggest the owner reevaluate the current management at this location. A new manager who values customer service and professionalism is needed ASAP, because right now, this experience is driving customers away.

First time going there n they have one of the best chicken sandwiches I ever had. Cole slaw is not the greatest but that sandwich made up for it. Mac n cheese is really good n the fried pickles.

I ordered a bundle meal cause it was apart of the deals they had on the mobile app. 4 different proteins and 4 sides. I ordered wings in 4 different flavors, bbq, hot, regular and spicy chicken tenders. With some sauces on the side for extra. When I got the order, they gave me everything plain. No sauces on the side or even on the chicken. It’s not the first time our food has been messed up. I used the customer service chat on the app and was told “this photo wasn’t taken by you” as I just took it. It showed what was wrong with the food. And was told they couldn’t help me. Tried to call in and got no answer. Worst experience ever. We spent almost $50 just for food and the delivery fees. We will not be returning or even ordering again from there as this keeps happening. Also would like to add that the food was cold. Not even warm to the touch.

Went inside expecting to see my daughter who works there but saw someone very familiar! But called him by his brother’s name! Standing very tall and handsome, Chris, said who I was and he came from behind the desk a gave me a big hug!! Heather I am so very proud of you . I introduce him to my husband ❤️. Excellent service, food very good and hot , will be back soon. Maybe my daughter will be working next time I stay in the Port. Celebrated my great grandson 15th birthday and enjoyed their visit at the hotel. This visit will remain a beautiful memory ❤️

So I placed an order online, keep in mind I spent 36.00. I pulled up and gave my name and immediately tells me to pull up past the window to the stop sign and she would bring it out. Well I waited 10 minutes and no one came out. I went in and told them I have been waiting 10 minutes outside and she pulled my order of the shelf. It had been sitting there the whole time. I got the food home and it was so gross looking, all smashed together and not hot. We ate it anyway and now 2 of us are sick. Won’t go there again. I will go to chik fil a from now on.

There was so much wrong with our meal. The mac n cheese was just INEDIBLE! Was shorted on hot wings that had so much seasoning on them you could hardly eat them. Requested ranch multiple times was told “it’s in the bag” it was not and neither was the eating utensils or straws. WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE!!!

Order here. Waiting 15 minutes for my food only 1 other customer in store . Told him I was waiting for 15 minutes. He stated should have went to chick filt. The staff overheard our conversation and told me to ” goto chick filt then” I asked for my refund and left. This was the manager telling me to go somewhere else smh.
