I am so tired of coming to this place, they are super lazy. They clean their ice cream machine every night two hours before they close. Super sad that they serve root beer and their main item is a root beer float, which you can never get you have to get here when the sun is still out or they don’t have any food ready and they have zero ice cream.

Ordered two chili dogs with extra chili and onions. When I got home I was disappointed because there wasn’t extra chili and there were no onions so I simply called them and I told them what happened and that I hadn’t made it all the way home. They said as long as I can bring them the receipt that I paid that they would refund me or give me the right order so I headed down there and the lady was super nice. She didn’t even ask to see the receipt. She understood and with a smile and good service gave me my right order.

Employee was fondling and playing with the mouth of my cup as he read my order and I made sure to not lose sight as he went over to the machine and filled it up with my drink. I asked politely if he could not do that in the future, and he denied touching the cup at the top, I would have just driven away if he said OK but that’s not okay to lie to me when I watched you do it. I get you don’t realize what you do with your hands sometimes but food safety is very important to me. This is the first time in my life i’ve ever asked to talk to the manager. The manager came over and said she’d remake it which isn’t even what I asked for, I just wanted accountability and some kind of response to be more cleanly. Instead I was told by the manager that she made my drink and he didn’t even touch the cup like that, and said “well, we remade it”.
They obviously don’t take food safety seriously. I also left an honest review of 1 star food quality because it was genuinely worse than a microwaved meal and I have low standards.

Went through drive through.
After driving for a while, realized we only received half the items I paid for.
Cheeseburgers had more mustard than a German dipping sauce.
Wouldn’t recommend stopping here.
Editing to respond to restaurant reply below. I am not interested in contacting Erika for any reason. This is a review for my first time experience at this place and it was horrible. I will not be returning. This is your establishment to create which ever experience you want for your customers and we had a bad one.

1st was the price you are charging for a 6 piece chicken tender only, is freaking highway robbery! 2nd, I had to wait over 10 minutes in the parking lot for my food. 3rd when I finally got it half my order was cold and wrong! Plus she forgot to bring out my drink. Terrible all around.

This is the third time we’ve been here and been given incorrect food. Although this time we got the added bonus of room temp food as well. If the food was decent, I wouldn’t mind the lackluster service, but the attitude that we were bothering them is on par with the quality of the food they prepared. Other A&W or KFC’s are usually decent, but we’ll never be back to this one.

When trying out a new burger place, before coming to this location I thought that how the food tasted was the most important. This place reminded of why that was wrong. The person who got our order was snappy and annoying and yelled at us at one point if she could help us find anything. We also had to wait for our order which would have not been a big deal if anything we had ordered wasn’t something that was supposed to be very popular though. I would give the good 5 stars though it was very good. I’ll be coming back to a and w but not this location.

It’s no wonder this store has 2.2 stars. I went through drive thru at around 8:17pm when I first went thru the drive thru. Initially the chic was super nice. Until I came back through because I did not have my fries. I went back through literally circled the parking lot. When I came back through she acted like she didn’t know what I ordered. Then she was like oh sorry let me get your fries. Luckily I looked at my sandwich which was a classic chicken ONLY CHEESE. When I seen my sandwich had no cheese I was like this does not have cheese. She said it don’t come with cheese. I told her I knew this but I wanted cheese. She said you didn’t say to add cheese you just said you wanted only cheese. (No freaking kidding) then she asked why would she put only cheese if it don’t come with cheese. At that moment I knew she was gonna get an attitude. Miss Suzi I will be calling corp tomorrow. Doubt that’s your real name but I will find out.
