Superb!!! What an amazing place. From the moment you enter until you leave, you will receive the most wonderful treatment/food. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, professional, and make you feel like you are family. The food was scrumptious!!! As soon as the chef cooks it, you will receive a fresh, hot, “homemade” type meal that will leave you planning the next visit. Their salsa….well, you just have to taste it for yourselves. Be prepared to continue asking for refills, and planning your next visit.

Upon arriving at the restaurant. It gives off a really warm Latin vibe from the parking lot. When I walked in to my surprise the waitress sat me at a dirty table. I asked her to wipe it down and she began to wipe half three table. I had to point out other areas that needed to be sanitized.
They serve you freshly baked chips on your table with Salsa upon arriving.
I ordered a water and the parillada dish. I also ordered the mama Juana queso dip. It’s a great portion and really good. The small plates are very sheek.
Then the parillada is good but to my disappointment it doesn’t come with tortillas. I have to say that it’s the first time I ordered a parillada and didn’t get tortillas to eat the proteins in my dish.
The decor of the place is decent and very vibrant and modernized with a twist of Latin culture.
As my time there progressed the number of people diminished and they were not quick to bus the tables. Leaving a bad impression to guests walking in and just seeing a bunch of dirty tables. It’s not a good impression. The floors were filthy and the flies in the restaurant are disturbing.
There were only two waitresses working. Perhaps that’s the excuse for the lackluster cleanliness of the restaurant.
The parillada consisted of Steak, chicken breasts, chicken wings, shrimp, Tostones, fried Yuca, and Quesadillas.
The steak was served medium but was bland to taste. You’ll have to add a pinch of salt. The chicken breasts was really good and flavorful, the fried Yuca, and the tostones, were delicious. The chicken wings were kind of bland to taste, the quesadillas were on point and the cheese they use is different.
They don’t patronize Military. Would I recommend it… Perhaps. The owner needs to increase the staff

This is one of the best restaurants in the entire upstate of SC. The food is top tier quality and you’ll leave more satisfied than you can imagine. They use real food in every meal and you can taste the difference. You’ll never leave feeling hungry or not happy with the meal. You can tell that every single dish is made with quality ingredients, not Sysco bottom tier items. I’ve never once had anything from here that I didn’t love. It’s legitimately one of the few places in all of Greenville/Spartanburg that is actually worth returning to. I mean that truly. The Cachapa is simply amazing. The Guava Cheesecake may be one of the best desserts I have ever had. I can’t not stress enough for simply fantastic this restaurant is. Huge shout out to Edgar and his team for creating one of the best dining experiences in all of South Carolina!!

The service was good. The food was good. A little pricey for Mexican/ latin food.
My biggest recommendation to this business is to change the lighting. It feels like a doctors office. I’d just paint the ceiling black and use dimmer lighting than the flat panels in the ceiling. It would dramatically improve the vibes of this place imo. I would also suggest improving the seating, especially in the booths. They sink far and are far from the tables, it’s uncomfortable.

This was my first time dying here in the food was excellent. The service is just as good. I highly recommend trying this place out. I had the lunch special, Bandeja Paisa.

I would order the mama Juana bowl with fish. The fish was fried fish but it was coated in like a cornmeal batter that was crunchy. When you got the fish it was piping hot, fresh, and thick filet. This was the first time I had the Mama Juana and it was so good it stuck in my mind. That is, I wanted to go back so I could get the same thing. But the next time I went back the fried fish was different. It didn’t have the crunchy batter and it wasn’t piping hot. I just chalked it up to it being a different cook. But then the next few times I went back I could never get the fish the same again. It was like it disappeared. This is a huge disappointment for me.

I had high hopes for this place. The music and atmosphere was a bit much with a weird AI loop playing on a big screen TV. Could be much more classy. The food left a lot to be desired. First off my fajitas came out over 20 minutes before my wife’s enchiladas. I was almost done before she got her food. The fajita could have been seasoned better and was pretty dry. Not a great first experience. Probably won’t be back
