About time for a class action law suit. False advertising. If you advertise a double chicken bowl. And you don’t even serve a fraction of one. Something is extremely wrong. I just wanted my double chicken bowl and got nothing but. Here are the pictures. Nothing altered. A damn shame.

I ask myself if the server who prepared this meal would eat it themselves. How can they not have not noticed. This broccoli should be in the trash, not on someone’s plate. I didn’t return it the same day because I live 15 minutes away. This is beyond disgusting. It’s a great way to ruin someone’s meal and potentially cause food poisoning.

This location is terrible.
pulled up today, only car in the drive thru so cant blame their mistakes on anything besides of lack of intelligence.
got the double crunch queso bowl.
It’s listed as new on the menu but i’ve had it a few times now so it’s not that new.
make it a meal.
NO BEANS!
repeated twice.
pull up to the window the cashier goes “ oh I forgot to ask what size” seems like a language barrier but nothing concerning. got a large and again mentioned no beans.
With a flat look on her face and acknowledgment she says yes no beans.
got the ONE ITEM we purchased and went on our way.
get home I noticed there was no chips just a bowl and two sauces. not a big deal because I don’t care for the chips anyways but normalizing not getting what you purchased shouldn’t be a thing but anywho, open the bowl, there’s beans!

never in my life have I even went back to an establishment to correct food but this one needed to be addressed because it was asked THREE times.

go inside handed them the receipt and told the lady there’s beans and I asked for none.
With a confused look on her face she goes and hands it to the cashier and comes back and goes it doesn’t say no beans.
that’s not a me problem. your cashier simply didn’t put it so makes me believe when we got to the window it was already made and when we repeated no beans the look on her face screams I messed up but didn’t care to correct it and that’s where i’m annoyed because she knew it was wrong but sent it out the window anyways.

they make me a new bowl & back home I go.

here the kicker, I get home, opened it and it’s just a bowl with chicken, rice, avocado and sour cream.

no queso
no tortilla chips
no salsa
literally nothing that comes on the double chicken queso bowl. (remind you the first bowl was correct just had beans)
I simply laugh. not even upset! just comical.

seems like common sense and hard workers are hard to come by nowadays.

i’ll just stick to chipotle.

Used their app to order. Then proceeded to wait over 1 hour constantly changing drivers went through 3 of them. for a regular family meal order to then just have everything cancelled from driver technical issue no explanation. Ridiculous we even ordered a little bit later during not peak hours.

Now I’ll give them two stars only because the food is up to par so I ordered for curbside waited outside the person brings me my food but guess what it’s another person’s order so I bring it back inside and they look really surprised and then realized oh this isn’t your order so then they proceeded to giving me my order a second time as I waited in my vehicle second time to bring me my order but guess what it is not my whole order only half so then I go and proceed to make sure they give me the rest of my order since I have family waiting at home for the food they finally give me my complete order the third time and I asked hey can I at least get a side of cilantro sauce they then proceed to say oh well you have to pay for that I’m like even when after you my got my order wrong two times? They said yes so I would think that common sense would be to hey this guy has been waiting and had it ordered wrong multiple times let’s give him a $0.25 cilantro sauce just for the inconvenience but they couldn’t even do that so customer service is horrible and everyone looks like they don’t know what’s going on at this location can’t speak for other locations but this is probably the longest review only because no one uses common sense when it comes to customer service anymore because most people are robots and do not understand. I will attach a picture of the receipt for proof.

This place is terrible. The chunky girl wearing a lot of cheap makeup who was working the drive thru tonight has a nasty attitude. So busy being rude, you left out half of my order. She must have known she was terrible because I didn’t get a receipt either. Worst experience ever. Do not go here!!
