Fantastic! I normally make my latte every morning however, this morning, lateness was real. Stopped by the Snellville location for a large latte with an extra espresso shot, oatmilk, and two raw sugars. My coffee was delicious! No bitter after taste. Smooth. The employee at the drive thru was pleasant and made sure my order was correct. This was my first time ordering from Caribou, but not my last. 5 Stars all day!

Disappointing experience. Ordered a frozen matcha with bubbles and found a vented measuring tablespoon at the bottom of my drink. Not what I expected from caribou. Definitely not sanitary.

Got to attend the grand opening of the Snellville Caribou Coffee and it was great. Tried out the lemonade, and it was fantastic! Sergio and the team are incredibly friendly!

Very informative staff. Didn’t make me feel rushed or inconvenienced by my questions. This allowed us to order EXACTLY what we wanted. One of the best ordering experiences I’ve ever had. My husband has walked over while I was in an appointment nearby a couple times and the young ladies were great helping him(a non-coffee drinker) make a choice. Those coffees have been great, but coming myself I’m surprised he was able to place an order I liked with all the options. This day, there were all guys. They were hustling around behind the scenes and you could see the inside working area was so clean and uncluttered, no trash on the ground or anything. Our coffees were AMAZING. They literally made us question the coffee itself due to how smooth and the lack of bitterness. We spent our ride home using the caffeine while trying to figure out how to justify the trip to Snellville every day just to get coffee.

I wanted to love it sooo badly, but the coffee was a miss. It tasted watery and when I asked for a splash of cream and 1/5 of my cup was cream. The lady next door at catch air asked me if I liked it and we both said the same thing, it tasted watery.

BEST COFFEE IN THE AREA. I am so happy Caribou is down this way. I wish it was one you could sit in but I will take it. Stopped by there yesterday right before closing. The guy at the window was so nice!! I got a cake pop and a mint mocha….you can tell the syrups are so good and fresh….The coffee was perfect temp and my daughters cake pop was so good. I do wish they had GF sandwiches like the one in Atlanta. Maybe they will get some soon. Top notch !!! and great staff.

I visited at 6.15pm on Friday evening to support the new caribou coffee location and ordered three different cold drinks. Whilst service was friendly, it was extremely slow. It took 25 minutes for 3 drinks and one drink came it wrong so I had to get corrected. There were 3 cars waiting in the drive through and no other customer at the walk up window. I understand that it’s a new buisness and staff are training but there is room for improvement.
