Well I give the review no srars! That’s what they deserve there at that Kentucky Fried Chicken in coolidge…Two days in a row, morning and night ! Rude worker, food prepared poorly( almost uncooked )very unprofessional service ,rude ,I mean you name it ,when it comes to unprofessional ,they covered every base in being unprofessional there. (I Won’t Go Back!!! Basically since the honey barbecue strips and wings came out ,I’ve been wanting to enjoy them . They look so good in the pictures ! I’ve had them before when they were seasonal ,last year ! This year- I’ve been thru the drive- thru three times, they we’re just great! I don’t know what it is but,two time’s in a row, ,they were worst honey barbecue strips . They didn’t have any barbecue sauce on them- just looked crappy! We live way out of town.Called and asked to speak to the manager (Aaron ) and was told to come on in ,(he’d give me a six piece to replace the four piece) so I went in today in the early afternoon and was helped by a gal in the drive thru and she was completely rude! when I got to the window I said ,can you make sure that there’s lots of barbecue sauce on them. and she gave me the order and it was terrible and not only that ,she said can you pull up to the front there and i will bring them out. Before I could even park,she was there with the strips, just smiling like it was funny ! (no one was behind us in line) and I thought that was just rude .so I won’t be back I know I’m long-winded but I’m just beside myself cuz there’s no more customer service there’s no more professionalism and these young kids just think that because they’re is no manager they can be rude and do what they want to do that’s exactly what they do! So go ahead on Kentucky Fried chicken, cuz I know that’s a franchise there and they’re going downhill!!! even on indeed it says urgently wanting a manager position filled and I can see why oh and here’s a picture One strip was thrown away cuz it was nasty ,three were given to the dog because they didn’t have any barbecue sauce ,here’s the two remaining . The picture makes them look better than they do in person, believe that !!! They sure don’t look like the picture on the billboard a,announcing the barbecued wings and strips are back! I’m not even going to Kentucky Fried Chicken in Coolidge again ,they suck!! You need a day manager and you need to get rid of these young kids that think that they’re chewing on a entitlement!!

I ordered original recipe, I got chicken which looked like original recipe how ever it was not it actually tasted like sage or some other recipe was used it is not original it is nasty and when I called the recording said cannot be completed as dialed!

Absolutely love this location. I live in Mesa and my mom lives in San Tan Valley and we drive all the way to come to this location specifically because of the fresh, amazing quality food and fantastic customer service. Matti and Lily always make it feel like a welcoming place! It’s also very clean which i appreciate so much.

Why is this the only Taco Bell on the planet that doesn’t put out sauces/condiments?? The only thing out is straws and napkins.

No phone number to contact someone about not getting my full order. I just ordered through the drive thru. Almost all taco bell items and one number K1. They brought out all the food to the front where I parked and did not give me the K1. I can’t go back because im on a time crunch, but I want my money back for what I didnt receive.

Love this location, quite literally the best KFC in Arizona!!! The people here are amazing and treat everyone like Family. The food was great I really love their tenders and new fried Pickles. Will definitely be back multiple times this week.
