So excited that Beverly Hills has a new Ramen place. They have so many options of soup that I went twice in a row. First time I tried the Hell Ramen level 2 spice (it was spicy!) , the next day I tried their Miso Ramen, gyoza and grilled octopus. Their noodles are delicious and fresh. My 4 colleagues which I brought all enjoyed their ramen… service was a little slow as they are still hiring but Austin the server was extremely pleasant and did his best.

All the soups are very good and taste great. Tonkotsu is my favorite. The handmade noodles are perfectly cooked. The gyouza are good, too. You can get chili paste on the side to spice up your ramen to taste. The staff are friendly and helpful. Very happy to have a ramen shop near work.

My wife and I agree, this was one of the best meals we had during our entire trip to LA. Absolute must for Ramen lovers.

The Hell Ramen Level 3 was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend it to any spicy food lovers.

Service was quick and friendly. This will be a regular spot for us whenever we’re in LA.

Excellent new authentic Japanese ramen establishment in Beverly Hills. Great ambiance and atmosphere. The best part is that they offer a huge variety of ramens including Chicken, Pork, Turkey, and Vegan options.

The servers and waiters are top notch and always ensure you have everything you need to enjoy a great meal. Highly recommend trying them out if you’re in the area!

Tried the Tonkatsu Ramen with Pork Belly and it was delicious flavour wise, but on the heavier side. Staff were friendly and a clean cute little for a quick ramen. Not all of the menu items were available due to the place just being new.

Had an absolutely incredible experience at Strings on, an epic date! Our host was absolutely hilarious and was sharing in our wild & loud energy to the max!

Food was great and tasty, especially with that broth and pork belly Super chill interior with a great evening vibe too
