The food was good. However, I almost wanted to get a refund and leave because the lobby looks and smells horrible. I am not sure if the weird smell was from the dilapidated lobby or perhaps the dirty disgusting booth chairs. Almost $30 to sit in a dining room that made me feel dirty. Not to mention the gnats flying around us. Broken napkin holder which was filthy as well. I will never go back to this location.

Ordered 2 burgers – one of them a double. Our order arrived and both sandwiches were missing the actual hamburger! Tried to call three times and it went to a full voicemail box, so no ability to get ahold of anyone at the restaurant to get this fixed.

I recently went into this location on Kirby whitten ( Bartlett TN) by the Starbucks and McAlister’s deli to order some food and saw a wig on the counter!!! Why in the heck would a employees think it’s okay to let their employees or customers leave hair on the front counter where customers order their food. I walked right out.
If y’all are willing to leave hair on the counter than it will be in food. Please don’t eat here. This location is always lazy and forgets the drinks as well so i know it’s the employees that did this action.

Love the burgers here, even the veggie burgers are really good. The fries are delicious too. It’s a clean place to eat with friendly service. I’ll definitely return here, sometimes the drive thru line is really long, which I know doesn’t go very fast.

Drive through was going at an average of 5 minutes per car. 8 cars in the drive thru, you can do the math. Luckily, 3 cars drove off so I was able to order in less than half an hour. I didn’t get my food in less than half an hour, though. This location might serve the community better if it closed entity.

Food is always great, and service is excellent. Backyard Burger is a little more expensive than other chains, and it the wait time is little bit longer, but in my opinion it is worth it. Katrina at the window tonight was exceptional, and inspired my review today.

The burgers and fries are good and the staff are nice, but the inside not well cleaned. Had to go to a few booths before finding one that had been wiped down and trash was on the floor. Given the price, about $10 for a combo, hard to justify coming here when 5 guys is across the parking lot.

I have always enjoyed this location. Staff is always friendly and you get fresh burgers with minimal wait. If you go on a weekday you will for sure get a smiling face on the inside. I’m not sure of the gentleman’s name but he is always pleasant.

I applaud Back Yard Burger for presentation! The cheeseburger was beautiful! My cheese burger was Cold. The cheese was not melted, like it was taken directly out of the cooler and placed on an ice cold hamburger patty. Never again! Giving 1 ⭐, I was being generous!
