THEIR app let me order something that they apparently can no longer make at this location. They refused to issue me a refund and instead replaced what I ordered with a sandwich that cost LESS than what I originally ordered with cold cheese and an extremely burnt and hard bagel. Ridiculous. I will not be returning to any Dunkin after this visit.

I look forward to always getting my iced latte here, every single time I’ve been here it’s always the same, great coffee taste, doesn’t have that bitter taste! So creamy and the right amount of sweetness. All the girls there are always so nice and polite, I appreciate them a lot, mostly when it’s busy and they still get my order right ! ((: I’m from Harrisonburg and I’d still prefer to get it over here lol

The workers are very polite and respectful. I got a latte which they made to perfection even though I made it complicated. Store is absolutely clean and I’ve seen the kitchen. Great place to get a donut and hang with some friends or grab a coffee on the go

Been coming every morning here through the drive thru no problem with my order until today, I’ve decided to walk in and they really do not acknowledge you with 4 staff. Was not busy at all but they were taking mobile orders & drive thru first and I’m just standing there waiting and more cars pulled up and mobile order tickets was just printing. Screw it walk in was a bad idea I was the only customer was just watching them working in a slow pace.

Did not give me all of my food. And they charge for pup cups here. The Waynesboro location gives this free, as well as Starbucks, and other coffee shops in the area. You’d think if a person is spending $5+( in this specific visit $30+) you could give 10¢ worth of whipped cream for a treat to a dog instead of charging 99¢ + tax.
