Had a group lunch (14 folks). Food was excellent. Serving a group this size is never easy. Food was timely. We were looked after and they supported providing separate checks. Atmosphere seemed a little on the dark side, a little more lighting needed. Overall, a place to visit and have a really good meal.

Visited here during the business trip in Grass Valley. Had Alaskan halibut with risotto (which is rice for me anyways). Don’t know the name of the sauce, a bit sweet but I like it. Cheese cake is just average. Overall experience is great.

Probably one of my three favorite restaurants in the entire world. This is our third visit and it just keeps getting better. Service by an attractive (bordering on wildly gorgeous!) wait staff, foods and libations served up in style plus an upbeat, relaxed atmosphere never disappoint. Several daily specials are always available to tempt the palate, and resistance is futile, so enjoy!

The food here was fantastic!! I ordered the gnocchi and it was amazing, you can really tell the pasta here is fresh and everything is made to order. I ordered the calamari aswell and it was so tender and not rubbery at all. I tried a bit of my friends ravioli and it was perfectly garlicky and cheesy. It all had amazing flavor and the perfect balance. We ordered the chocolate mousse as dessert and it’s SO GOOD!! It’s perfectly chocolate-y and not overly sweet. The perfect thing to finish an amazing dinner. The staff was super friendly and very attentive and food got to us in a very timely manner. I would 100% recommend this place and will be returning! 10/10 experience and meal

We had the fruit & cheese appetizer, spinach ravioli, fettuccine alfredo, the lasagna, & the spaghetti and meatballs. Sadly forgot to get a picture of the mousse but it was fantastic!

An update: when trying to decide where to eat last night, I immediately dismissed Sergio’s because there was an event on Mill St and I assumed we’d NEVER get a table. We decided to eat at another downtown restaurant, instead. After waiting AN HOUR for a table (even though the restaurant was only about 50% full), we left, resigned that we’d have to get fast food somewhere because of our tight schedule. We walked down to Mill St and thought we’d salvage some of the night and at least get a sweet treat to take home. I noticed Sergio’s wasn’t 100% full so we popped in and asked how long the wait was. She seated us right away. Another person came and set the table as soon as we sat down. She took our drink order immediately. Then, our food order. Another person brought us bread. A short time later our food arrived and it was delicious. We were checked on by our server and one other person. We were in a hurry due to losing an hour at the other place and they whisked us in and out with to go boxes in hand in about 35 minutes. The food was delicious! The service as fabulous!! THAT’S how you run a restaurant!!

I was too busy catching up to remember more than just the one picture of my half eaten dinner – but the atmosphere is nice, the service was good, and my dinner is my new favorite dish! I had the gnocchi with walnuts, fresh spinach, and a Gorgonzola sauce. YUM-O!! Rich and delicious! My friend had the salmon salad and said it was amazing! Will definitely go back and try more dishes!

I happened to be in town for Thanksgiving, and with all of the restaurants closed, I found this restaurant to be the only place serving a traditional Thanksgiving dinner besides a historical landmark the next town over.
I was completely impressed!
I started with a split of Prosecco to start off and had a really nice Pinot off the menu recommended by my Waiter.
The Turkey breast was the moistest I’d ever had. I wondered how they did it? Was it poached? The Yams were crusted with Pecans, the texture of the Dressing was much to my liking, and the Gravy, or was it the Dressing? had a hint of Terragon (for me the perfect amount).
They even served Apple Pie, and I got out of there for $68 + tip???
I’ll definitely come back to try more items on their menu!

My first time in Grass Valley and checked out this place. Wow the food is great and Rafael rocks. He made sure we’re enjoying our great dinner. Great service. There’re lots of people but the service was still fast. The sea bass, special for the day was awesome. The pianist plays real nice music too.
