Ordered a mobile order from this location and was missing two items, my chips n cheese & a taco supreme. I also ordered a bean burrito with no onion/add sour cream (they upcharge for that) which is fine except that’s not what I received. Instead I got a 5 layer beefy burrito with no sour cream. When I called they were rude and wanted me to turn in the food I had with my receipt, I live 15 minutes away and it’s almost 11pm. I didn’t even want a refund. I wanted them own their mistake and make sure they weren’t messing up other orders that people paid for, simple as that. I work in the food industry it’s not hard to follow a ticket order and get it right. Also not hard to have better customer service and attitude, don’t blame the customer for your mistake.

I came there with my backpack. Ate and left. Then I went to the dollar general next door. Sat my back pack and walked around the store.
Then when I walked out I forgot where I set my backpack down. So I called taco bell to check if I left my backpack there, and they said its not there. So I called a second time walk around the store and double check, they said if I call on more time they will call the police.
Like oooooo im soo scared. But the fact that they said that when i lost my backpack and to double check the store is crazy. Real messed up man. Not going there ever again.

I tried using the self service kiosk & it kept freezing up & stopped working. Out of two kiosks only the one was temperamentally working. I gave up and went to the cash register.
The cashier who was the manager got my order completely wrong.
She did try to fix it fast & friendly, except by the time the cook got it to me it was still wrong completely & the cook didn’t speak English. We attempted to communicate with me just giving up eating what I ended up with. Not even close to what I ordered. But they were very friendly. Just not the service anyone wants where it counts.

I had an incredible experience at Taco Bell thanks to Johnny! He provided outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude and made sure everything in my order was spot on. Johnny went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, offering helpful suggestions and serving everything with a smile. The food was fresh and prepared quickly, but it was Johnny’s attention to detail and positive energy that made my visit memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My experience today was good no issues with food or service other than maybe with the shortage of employees and small clicks it shows that some of the associates get sidetracked in the drive threw because the guy gave me 1 drink and forgot what the other 2 were while he was hangingout waiting for the other items to be made and didn’t put any sauce I asked for but everything else.
Overall, the one thing that is bad here is that you drive into the drive through the homeless, have been lining up along the building that shares the parking lot area.

I always come to this taco bell and have the best service and this time around 2:50am to 3:00am this young tall gentleman African American wearing a ski mask starts yelling and slamming the window because there was 5 or 6 vehicles behind me. No reason for him to be upset for doing his job. If that’s the case he shouldn’t be working . I’ll still come back but I expect this individual to have a better personality when I come through!!
