This is probably one of the slowest Panda Express’s in the Austin area. More often than naught, you go to the drive thru, you’re instantly told can you please give me a moment please. You wait to be addressed and get your order taken. Secondly, make sure you check your order is correct. I ordered here and a couple of times my order was missing an entree. The staff are pleasant but know, if you’re expecting speed and efficiency, this location is lacking. I even experienced when they’re behind with the wait, your portion size will be affected.

Good for a quick fast food choice. Service good. Atmosphere small amount of tables. Clean when not busy, not clean when staff is too busy. Food is just good Chinese fast food, not to compare with a traditional Chinese restaurant with more love put into the dishes. Taste quality is dependent on the cook of the day. Mostly decent. Their food availability decreases as it gets closer to closing. Choices get limited. They offer military discount.

Pretty much all of their proteins and carbs are delicious and I love to eat here. The people are pretty much always friendly but the only negative here is that their soda is never carbonated well and is extremely flat.

My wife went to panda through the drive thru and we were given two plates full of hard chewy orange chicken bits none of which actually had chicken in them as if they ran out and just fried batter pieces and my Beijing beef was the same way but was also very dry I’ve worked at panda before when I was younger and this is embarrassing putting this on someone’s plate and charging them for it is disgusting employees should be required to show the plate to the customer in the drive thru to prevent under portioning and serving inedible food won’t be going here anymore

Always a good place to stop and get something to eat. Must be getting older, but a young family was there and they were allowing their child to throw around their rice and food! It looked like a disaster. I did say something and surprisingly the father cleaned up most of eat.
