I ordered a chicken Alfredo pasta and they put onion in the bottom of my pasta. Absolutely unsanitary because it’s not supposed to have onions in it so obviously they don’t change their gloves. JUST DISGUSTING!!!

With a big screen in front of the cooks listing the ingredients, I can’t understand how this keeps happening. Making a pizza shouldn’t be this difficult—it’s not rocket science. I always tip the drivers well, but this is the service I get in return?
Please don’t respond with the usual ‘call the branch’ message. It’s not about making a call—it’s about delivering the quality I paid for. If this job is too challenging, maybe it’s time to consider a different line of work. Please get it together.”

Well let’s start by Friday 11:24 I ordered 4 pizzas and two sodas , Veronica or who ever the manager is at this location called me 4 minutes later . They informed me that they had a large order of pizzas and they were only person working at the dominos . They then told me to either cancel the order and wait for a refund (unsure of how many days it might be) or wait hours until I get the pizza I just paid for .
This is the most unprofessional and inconsiderate thing a “manager” has done to me yet .
Strange that the person running the store has no employees or empathy and is having a disaster of a time running the store.
Owners need to get a grip of this location before it’s too late.

$31 for this. $31 for a luke warm pizza with burnt crust. I love domino’s, but this is unacceptable. I asked them to please bring cup, plates, and napkins. I also asked them to have the delivery driver call before he arrived. I repeated these requests 3 times. Did the delivery driver call? Did he bring cups, plates, and napkins? And last but certainly not least, I was promised delivery within 30 minutes. And hour and 15 minutes later, the delivery driver finally comes puttering up.

I made a call in order for delivery, i ordered 2 philly cheesesteak sandwiches, add jalapeños and ordered 8 count plain chicken wings (no sauce). The young lady who took my order was very sweet and polite. After she gave me my total, we hung up. She called back about a minute later and said they could not add jalapenos to the sandwiches per the management, but they would send them on the side. I have been ordering the same sandwiches made just like this for almost 20 yrs. Im so tired of lazy ppl who want a paycheck but don’t want to work for it. Do what the customer asks, not what you want.
