Worth it at the price point — TASTE LIKE HOME!! The lechon belly was cooked to perfection: crispy skin, juicy meat, and packed with flavor. We also loved the pickled mango and the rich, savory dinuguan — such a comforting combo. Truly felt like a feast that brings you back home.

The skin of the roast pork is very crispy! The waiter also let us try other flavors! Very nice!

Salty lechon. No mang tomas lechon sauce or similar. The sauce they got is salty again( soysauce with some vinegar). The meat was tender and skin was crispy. I can fix it later. I went to a asian market to buy the sauce i like.

It’s my Birthday treat today so We traveled all the way from San Francisco to Hayward and tried their Cebu Lechon. It was Crispy and tasty. Meat was moist and tender. The best cebuchon i tried in the bay area. Highly recommended. Must try also the Pansit. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Will come back to try all the items in their menu but the lechon is definitely the star..

I ordered takeout from Bai Cebu Lechon, and it was fantastic. The lechon was super crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside–really well done. Unlike Dabarkadz down the street, Bai Cebu Lechon’s meat was fully cooked but still moist, not dry at all, and no food poisoning issues. The crispy skin stayed crispy even after I got home. If you’re looking for great lechon to go, this is definitely the spot. My wife and family will be ordering here going forward.

I came in this morning when they opened. They probably sold me thier left over meat from yesterday because it did not taste fresh at all. Yes, the skin was crunchy, but the meat lacked that freshness. I paid $110 for three and a half pounds of (not fresh) lechon, which was disappointing. They had a lot of other ones that look liked they were cooked today but chose to serve me the old ones. I was hoping for more integrity because I came here last week and they served me fresh lechon and I coyld definitely taste the difference. This is how to lose a customer 101 by not having consistency and integrity wity the food they serve. If you come here when they open. Make sure to tell them to serve you tue fresh batch from today.
