It had been awhile since I’d been to Lamar’s, my daughter got a regular chocolate Long John and a milk to go, $9.65! Daughter started drinking her milk and said it tasted bad, best by date was fine but milk was definitely sour. I’d expect better care of products at the premium prices being charged.

Amazing donut shop in Wichita, Kansas.
Super friendly staff. They didn’t rush us. But if you love donut holes, this is the spot.
Now, with everything they had going on. My heart is all about the apple fritters. Now I forgot to take a picture but trust and believe it didn’t last 5 minutes when I got home.
When you walk in the door, it’s just a smell of pure pleasure. So don’t be shy.

Wonderful lady helped us picking out donuts and was so patient with my daughter. Our family enjoyed the donuts that we took home. We’ll definitely go back again.

Love the doughnuts here but quit going when one of the staff made a big deal about not putting cash in the tip jar. I didn’t know they had been dropped to server wages. My tip was on the card but the guy hadn’t checked that. Haven’t been back since. Tipping has gotten out of control

So, I was told a Managers Special dozen was $26.39, and that is 6 specialty doughnuts & 6 regular doughnuts. As you can see from my pictures, I was charged for the Managers special, yet I wasn’t offered the 3 additional doughnuts I was paying for. I only got 5 specialty, and 4 regular. I called to let someone know, and no one has returned my call. The customer service is awful, because the person helping me, should’ve offered the 3 additional doughnuts. This rating may change if they return my call, and offer, but I’m not holding my breath. Also, these are the most expensive doughnuts ever, so be prepared to break the bank! That’s a lot for only 9 doughnuts. No one has called me, and do you see their reply? If they really cared about their customers, I would’ve been offered the 3 doughnuts, and someone would take the time to reach out. That’s the worse reply I’ve ever had to a review. The ones that care, offer to make it right.

Expensive. So, I’ve enjoyed Lamar’s a long time. I’ve been gone for a few years and walked in to get a couple dozen for the office and a few extras for my kids. So I ordered a couple dozen donuts, nothing special, and added 2 apple fritters and 4 twist donuts to take to my kids. The manager was helpful and actually saved me $10-20 by ringing it up a certain way. He then stated my total was $84. My total before the savings was over $100. Keep in mind this is primarily for regular donuts. I can never go back simply because of the pricing. The donuts are good but not that good.

This is one (1) of many locations in Wichita. It looks clean and has seating inside if desired. Their selection is excellent. I will say that I believe their donuts are a little higher priced than others. I paid $23 for 6 donuts. They were good.

They were limited on baked goods this morning at about 9:45am. My wife asked for a specific twist that they have and they were sold out. However, they gave us two free donuts on the house for being out of something specific that we came in for. We appreciated the gesture from the staff and wished them a Happy Easter!
