Very disappointed in staff, had an incident where the tea pitcher lever cam completely off, spraying tea everywhere and when the one worker was told her response was “and?” As I had my finger in the tea pitcher blocking the tea from going everywhere. The cashier Stacy jump to the rescue leaving the register and coming to help me. My shirt got ruined and I was covered in tea. Do better.

Like most Burger Kings it smells amazing but upon ordering and eating its mediocre. The resturant was very clean, the staff got to me quickly (rare for many fast food places lately) and got my order correct. The food came out fast and hot, but again, it’s burger king so it’s always just okay. For a burger king though, they were great!

last week i tried to go in just to use the bathroom. it was a little before 10, and the doors were completely locked. there were two ladies in there cleaning, paid absolutely no attention to me whatsoever.

How a burger place doesn’t put the patty on your burger then gets an attitude when you call about it. This place keeps reminding me why I shouldn’t eat in Elkins. This is supposed to be the new ghost pepper whopper but as you can see no burger, pickles not even on bun. Fries were cold and soggy. The burgers looked like a 6th grader fixed them. Bad experience. Might have to reconsider if I will go back. And lastly , we didn’t get a “You Rule”, Sad.

As per most restaurants, they have their ups and downs and can’t get it right every time. Same goes for this Burger King.
The recent visit here was good and no problems. Food was good as per usual. Who doesn’t like a good messy Whopper sandwich every so often? Don’t forget to add the cheese!
If you do end up with a problem just let them know and they’ll fix it for you.
If you dine in, the atmosphere is comfortable for a fast food restaurant. A noise reduced play area for the kids and their family. The fountain drink machine offers a huge variety of flavors!
It’s just and all around good place to get something quick and good!

As a last minute decision we went through the drive thru, placed our order and sat in the parking lot to eat. Our food was fresh, hot and our order was correct. We tried the ghost pepper chicken nuggets and loved them. The flavor was awesome. The bacon cheeseburger I ordered was juicy and delicious, as well as the fries.
