Nice restaurant with a warm, relaxed atmosphere. We were seated and greeted immediately. We started with the grouper bites. They were freshly cooked and simply delicious! For entrees, I ordered the cedar-plank salmon and my hubby decided on the low-country boil. The salmon was ok but not as blackened as I would have liked. My hubby enjoyed his meal. Cocktails were definitely a hit but I forgot my souvenir fish bowl. They do have bar seating as well as outdoor. Reasonably priced…

We were impressed with our first visit, that we returned. We both ordered the fish and chips and taste-wise, it was on par with Captain D’s quality, except for the price. $21 each for two pieces of overcooked and over battered cod, a small plastic cup of slaw, two burnt hushpuppies, and a ton of salty fries (I guess to justify the price and fill the plate). The food was just too expensive for such poor quality. And with such noticeable burnt hushpuppies, they should never have left the kitchen and been served. The waitress was extremely pleasant (she gets the star) otherwise we would have probably requested the meals be replaced. We won’t be back and an apologetic response to this review won’t change that.

Love this place! Just found out about it so went to try. The food was delicious and the all you can eat crab legs are well worth the trip! Our waitress was fantastic! Will definitely be back and with more people! Sorry, I tried the food before taking the pictures.

Had SUCH a great meal here today out in the patio with Kyra. We had grouper bites, shrimp and grits, the pork chop sandwich and a low country boil which was packed with seasoning and super yummy. We loved it and will definitely be back.
Oh, and hushpuppies!! Should have taken some pics but only have the aftermath pic.

Googled “cool places to eat near me” for my birthday lunch with my amazing wife and I couldn’t have picked a better place. It was our first time here and the food was novel and delicious, the service attentive and charming, and the atmosphere light, fun and modern beach-themed with a cozy southern twist, which perfectly paired with the food. The grouper bites were gently fried with the preferred higher flakey fish to light batter ratio you find in higher-end establishments. The loaded seafood skinny seasoned fries had some sort of voodoo crab dip on top that was just plain awesome. We also enjoyed a few fresh sparkly inventive cocktails and generous portioned tasty entrees, including a fried lobster roll that will hold its own or flat out beat anything in Seattle, San Diego, Miami or Maine.

Will definitely return to my new favorite seafood place. Thank you Dive!

P.S. The grouper bites and not much of the fries survived long enough to be photographed.

Some of the food was really good. The Grouper bites were really good. Hush puppies were over cooked and very dry. Catfish had a lot of breading on it, some parts were all breading. Crab legs were ok, shell was almost squishy and not hard. Our server was very good with a great attitude. Sorry I forgot her name, but I remember she just moved here from Colorado. Atmosphere was very bland and they had a bar, but no set bartender. A lady would walk over make drinks, and then walk away. The selection at the bar was subpar as well. Unfortunately our first time here, most of the experience was very underwhelming.

I was shocked to drive north from Woodstock further into landlocked North Georgia And find this wonderful restaurant. I love seafood, and the seafood here is excellent, fresh, high-quality and appreciatively cooked. I can’t wait to go back. I’m gonna be making the hike to Canton as often as I can.
