This has been the 20th time this store has messed up my order. Every time I order I ask “what did they screw up this time”. This time they forgot my sauce on my pizza and it looks like my wife’s bread bowl middle fell out. the service at this store is so bad even if they gave me pizzas for life, if it came from this store I would turn it down. From now on I’ll be taking my orders elsewhere. I would bet my next paycheck Godfathers can make a pizza correctly.

Ordered a barbecue chicken pizza and they delivered a buffalo. I call and ask if they can remake it cause I’m really craving it. When the remade pizza arrives I looks like it was thrown like a foot ball to my door. Half the cheese and topping are every where except on the pizza

I scheduled an order in advance and per the app it would be ready by 5:15 and showed the order was complete. I did this knowing that it was New years Eve and that it would be a busy night. I sat in the line to go through the drive thru to pick up my order only to sit in that line for over 20 minutes and didn’t move. Decided to go inside as that line seemed to be moving faster. I don’t even know how to explain what was happening inside except for pure unorganized chaos. I witnessed the staff opening boxes looking to see if it was the pizza that was ordered as they had no tickets with the orders.Customers were pulling up the orders on the app to show what they ordered and having to help to make sure everyone got what they ordered. Nothing like the delivery drivers leaving and delivering the pizza and you are still waiting and they are shocked that people were still waiting. Finally left at 6 with trying to be understanding of the holiday. Which leads me to tonight thought we would give it another try only to get pizza that had wrong toppings and was burnt and cold and looked like someone had chucked it down the road before we picked it up. When my husband went to pick it up it was exactly like it was on New Year’s Eve. Tickets printing and laying on the pizza and employees getting upset and even a poor customer in line saying he paid for the pizza online and they stated they didn’t show he paid and they wouldn’t give him the pizza. The lack of caring for your product and customers is upsetting. We used to enjoy getting pizza from Dominos and it was nice to have one in the heights but if this is the service we get then I am done.

Philly cheese steak pizza. We had to take it to the outside garage because of the burnt smell.

Ordered a pizza and the driver just left it on the porch. Didn’t ring the doorbell or call me. I had to call the store to figure out it was delivered already. You know how fast a pizza cools off when you set it on cold concrete? I guess he figured I tipped up front so why not. After reading the reviews on here I think I’ve lost my appetite for pizza anyway. Looks like manager has just given up. If you decide to order from this store don’t include the tip on the front end. Put zero and a note that you’ll tip cash if the service is good.

This is probably the 5th order in a row that is not made correctly. Usually I ask for light sauce and I get about a lb slathered on it and dripping. Today, they forgot some toppings and didn’t give my husband the entire order. Guess I should have screenshotted what we were getting to make sure. Just frustrated with their consistent lack of attention to detail.

If I could I would rate zero stars!!! This location is absolutely the worst!!! The “manager” of the store too busy to take my call! Then when I finally get her on the phone she refuses to care about the problem! I have lived and worked in customer service my entire life and I understand times are tough. Hard to keep employees, hard to get employees, but don’t treat me as a customer like crap because you are short handed. Your employees lied to me over and over again. If I was told the truth to begin with I would not have been upset! I will never recommend or order from this store again. Although they are probably happy with that. Less orders less work.

Went in to get my carry out. Long wait on new years ever, completely understandable. One guy working there, larger with red hair and a beard, was throwing a fit like a toddler. He was slamming food around with his bare hands. He was cussing and swearing and about ten customers were inside, many older. Then he answered his phone and continued to scream about his job and swearing to the person on the phone. The whole time grabbing pizza with his hands and throwing them in boxes. It got to a point he wouldn’t even close the boxes. Just throwing them on a shelf in disarray. One pizza he moved three times and it was just like he tossed dice. Pizza was in shambles and he sent it out the door. I finally walked out and told the rest of the crew if that was how they handled food, I didn’t want it. WAS my favorite place to go. Will never go back. Lost my money, appetite, the one thing I wanted to eat, and had to pay more elsewhere to get food. Bad business practice.

I had a pickup order at their window. I then parked in their back parking lot. Just to find butter spilling out all over my seat. You would think that if you’re going to hand a customer an order with so much butter, you would make sure it’s bagged. I called just to be blamed by their manager over this. Treated me like I was looking for a handout. This is not okay. I can’t set anything down on my seat without it absorbing grease now. You would think that they would have offered ANY kind of solution or amends. All I got was a screw you attitude from the manager, arguing about how great the wax paper is. Like it’s going to stop melted butter spilling out the 2 ends of the box the way it did. They clearly do not care about their customers. I’ve gotten NO RESPONSE from higher management or Corporate for over a week now. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them.

Had a delivery order placed and only 2 things I ordered actually came….then when I opened the Mac and cheese there was not even 1 noodle in the whole container only a glob of cheese.
When I called to have my order corrected the person who answered the phone kept asking over and over again what was missing and what was needed. After 30 minutes of trying to explain what we needed we were over it. Not the first bad experience I have had at this location.
