Most of yall know me as a BBQ guy. So I had to switch it up. I was looking for something different and found this food truck to be in range of driving and I have been wanting to try this semi new food crazy . Well this spot didn’t disappoint. My wife and I ordered more food than we could really eat but we wanted to try a range of items.
We had the birria tacos, birria ramen and birria taquitos. Let me tell you they didn’t disappoint. The meat was so tender and flavorfull. Dont let the deep dark red fool you. Its not spicy (hot) it more flavorful. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I spoke to one of the owners and she was so nice and approachable. One of the worst times to try and open a restaurant because of Covid, they have made leap of faith to open. Give this truck a try I sure you won’t be disappointed.

This is absolutely delish!! Meat was tender, cheese was melted, soup was flavorful! Made my day! Would definitely suggest.

Food is very good!! The consume has alot of flavor! It’s a bit pricey but very very worth it. I will definitely go back.

Update:: The Hours are incorrect!! I went Friday, sat and Sunday when it shows to be open but it was closed. I wouldn’t complain about it but its a 32min drive Time that I wasted. Had to drop the rating.

We took a chance on this place when we left the baseball fields at Pep Mueller park
It was well worth the risk. Delicious food! The quesobirrillas were amazing, consume was seasoned well, and the red sauce has a good flavor and heat. We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area.

Hands down the best and I mean a can’t stress this enough how good this place. I’ve tried many other places in Houston and none of them come close to the taste and flavor of this place. If in the area do yourself a favor and check this place out you won’t be disappointed.
