As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Whenever we have family visiting from the Midwest they want to visit this burger chain. They are always well pleased. Today was the same. One person got a triple Buford and he enjoyed thoroughly. Another ordered a burger with bacon and she enjoyed it as well. One of the teen wagers ordered a “brookie” which is a combination of a cookie and brownie. The fries and seasoning were perfect.

No greeting as I got to the drive thru to pick up my online order. I asked the girl who was distracted laughing with her coworkers and checking her phone before opening the window. Lady, I just wanted my food and move on with my life. I work just like yall do, in retail and fast food. I don’t get yall mentality when you have customers who do online orders so that they can have minimal interaction with you and move on. The way I like it. Like, get your food and get out of my face. Lol. I don’t understand why employees don’t appreciate the non problematic customers. I sure appreciate them. Anyway. Customer service today was trash because of that. I had to sit and check because she wouldn’t verify. Only for her to have to get it made anyway. I had to wait so I knew this order was never even prepared.
Burger – 0/10 the burger was so cold. why would yall do this?
Fries – 10/10 because they were super hot and they’re checkers Fries. You can’t mess that up. Unless they’re cold.
But cheers to the driest burger ever served to man in Queens Chapel. Dry burger city! Come here to get laughed at and have your food laughed on too. Until it dries itself out. (Made the order from the parking lot, there’s no reason it was served like that unless they had it sitting on the heater waaaay past the limit it should’ve come off. It was extremely slow when I came up.)

Stephanie at the window of drive thru told me to give her my mozzarella sticks back so she can rebook them Generally, fast-food restaurants are not supposed to take back food from a customer due to health and safety regulations. Once food is handed to a customer, it is considered potentially contaminated and must be discarded. What in the hell there’s no excuses for that

I’ve been please with the food and service the few times I’ve stopped here before my late shift, but tonight I use my last 6$ to get food and was given a bag of food thrown together, the fries were turned over, the wrapper to the burger was soaked in oil, Im guessing from the fries and the food taste of old burnt grease and salt. I have no additional time to turn around to return it. It is absolutely uneatable. The crew was to busy laughing and having a good time to focus on the food.

Went through the drive thru, first ordered onion rings and then ordered a #8, BBQ Bacon Mother Cruncher. Got to the window, wasn’t given my onion rings and when I asked the worker named Jocelyn, she gave an attitude and slammed the window on me. After I left I noticed I didn’t even get the right order, I was given and charged for a #3 Baconzilla, my order was completely wrong and the young lady at the window was extremely rude.

This location really had me waiting at the window for about 20+ minutes with 0 acknowledgement. I was just picking up a doordash order. It was busy when I first got there but after about 5 minutes or so, it died down. And the order that I was waiting for was sitting right on the counter! But everyone was too busy talking to each other and checking their phones.
