Small place but great flatbread and beer!! We got Margherita and sweet heat. Four stars because our second flatbread was supposed to have arugula but they didn’t have any (changing the menu) and we weren’t alerted when we ordered. Otherwise, food came out fast and was tasty. It is expensive but that’s the airport for you. Solid place to eat/chill before your flight.

We went to this place because it was the highest rated at our terminal, and it was even better than we thought. Us three ordered the Sweet Heat flatbread and it was delicious! While it was expensive and took awhile, that’s what you expect for airplane food. I would definitely order again!

Urban Crave has a nice atmosphere for an airport bar, and I do want to note that the space itself is comfortable and a good spot to unwind before a flight. Unfortunately, my experience at the bar was impacted by service issues.

I sat at the bar while it was not busy, yet it took quite some time to be acknowledged. The bartender passed by me multiple times and served another patron who arrived several minutes after I had already been seated. There was a noticeable lack of attentiveness, and I wasn’t the only guest who seemed affected—other patrons appeared equally confused and concerned.

It was close to closing time, so that may have played a role, but consistency and courtesy are still important, especially in a service-based role. During last call, I declined another drink, but one was placed in front of me anyway and the check was immediately presented. Rather than make an issue of it, I paid and kept things moving.

The highlight of the experience was actually meeting a kind fellow traveler at the bar—we had a great conversation that made the wait more pleasant and helped balance out the situation.

I think Urban Crave has potential, especially given its airport location, but improved attentiveness and communication from the bar staff would make a noticeable difference in the overall guest experience.

Let’s be real—I wasn’t expecting a five-star dining experience in an airport, but I did check the Google reviews before deciding, and with a 4.0 rating, Urban Crave seemed like the best bet compared to the others nearby.

I went with the roast beef sandwich, chips, and a lemonade. The sandwich was… okay—nothing memorable, but it filled the gap. Chips were standard and safe. The lemonade, though, was oddly bland. I’m still not sure if it was lemonade or just citrus-tinted water.

I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because of the location (airport food is what it is), but be warned—the wait is no joke. I had plenty of time to observe the scenery while waiting 30–45 minutes for my order… and there were only five people in the place. I looked back at the older reviews and yep—the slow service is definitely a recurring theme. Can’t imagine what the delay would be like when it’s busy.

Bottom line: It’s passable airport food if you’ve got time to burn, but don’t roll in here 20 minutes before boarding and expect to make your gate.

$49.49 for a steak sandwich, a turkey club, a pop and two waters is insane.

Uniquely wonderful! In the midst of all the hustle and chaos we found ourselves at A small and dim, but very vibrant place! The Urban Crave, across from our gate with Spirit airlines. Our experience was an EXPERIENCE, but in a good way, our bartender wasn’t very welcoming (maybe the busyness of the airport) but our drinks were delightful and our food was delicious. We ordered the flatbread a bloody mary and the kisses cosmo, came up to a little over 50.00. Pricey but expected it’s an airport.

A nice little convenient bar at the middle of gates 1-9 in terminal 8. I wanted a code that wasn’t Starbucks- they have breakfast in the morning until 10:30am, but apparently serve coffee (with kalhua ) all day! Service was good, place was convenient.

I experienced great service. In between connecting flights. The airport restaurant/bar is located near gates 4-7 (Spirit Airlines) area of Orlando airport. Place was packed and four bartenders were hopping. Funky Buddha beer and a turkey club with potato chips. Expensive yes but what isn’t at the airport?

Again service was fast friendly and helpful. Truly enjoyed. Everything had great flavor. If I was hungry thirsty and looking for something I would definitely come here over the only other nearby option of Burger King.

Keep in mind you will pay a lot.
