The place was clean people friendly.
Mom and I eat there.
Maybe 5 other people came and went when we were there.
And they all seemed happy with eating there also.
If anything stood out from a every day dibe out at Arby’s. the employees seamed happy. And they shared that happiness with you. That gave me happy feeling walking away from counter
Unlike visits to Jefferson city Arby’s. where I have gotten to point . I won’t dibe in there. And have had so many bad experiences with food taest. Order having always at least one thing being wrong. And when I have to go back to counter to get my order fixed. There employees act like I have nerve making them fix there mistakes.
I try to get my Arby’s Rubin fix when I’m away from Jefferson City.
Finally. Where that Arby’s is over rude and uncomfortabley Sad.
Osage beach Arby’s is overly good experience .

The food is always good, but the service is really slow. There were only 3 people working, including the drive thru. Very friendly and apologetic about the wait. It was after 11 in the morning and very busy. They definitely needed more help. I felt sorry for them.

Arby’s is the only fast food restaurant that I frequent with any regularity, and this location’s drive thru is fast, efficient, and friendly.
The food is good quality and I like that they staple the receipt to the outside of the bag. I love their mozzarella sticks and marinara! The curly fries could be slightly hotter/fresher, and that is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

December 16th 2pm I literally drove to the drive-through told him ( Darker skin long haired kid)what I wanted such as I did not want curly fries I want crinkle fries and ketchup. I drive away get halfway to work. Realize they gave me curly fries and they did not give me any ketchup. These people are mentally slow they are not with it.

I ordered what the menu advertised as a Market Fresh Greek Gyro sandwich. Whomever made and served the roast beef and imitation swiss cheese on a hoagie bun HAS OBVIOUSLY NEVER BEEN TRAINED TO IDENTIFY A GYRO, LET ALONE ANYTHING GREEK. As it is against my upbringing to throw food into the faces of those who steal from me (yes, that’s correct, steal. As in paid for that…got this instead) my only hope is that after corporate Arby’s teaches their Osage Beach location to correctly identify and serve a Greek Gyro, I may be able to provide therapy for others whom Arby’s has falsely advertised to, and stolen from. Would YOU want what I’m going to show you in an attachment instead of the promised Gyro?
