Great service and super friendly staff. Older woman was a superb help. They had a coffee machine emergency (water flowing everywhere from a machine) while I was there, and she handled it expertly and calmly. She also handled the waiting customers expertly. Big kudos to her.
The green blended Matcha (with bubbles and shot of espresso) was delicious and made very quickly. The turkey Asiago bagel was also good. A+

Caribou d/c their apple cider which is my partner’s favorite since he can’t have caffeine. It’s disappointing to say the least. The atmosphere wasn’t great because of people thinking they need t he volume in their vehicle so loud it hurts others’ ear drums. The people working at our Caribou are fantastic!!

Went through the drive thru for an Energy Drink this afternoon. Noticed one of the servers was running orders out to cars in the drive thru in addition to the window service. Not sure if there was some type of goal to meet or competition taking place but I had never seen this practice before. When I placed my order, I asked for “Sparkling” but when I drove off I realized my drink was definitely not sparkling. I returned through the drive thru but was told it was made with Sparkling. I repeated that my drink was “flat” no bubbles and when she checked further, she said I was correct, their sparkling was apparently out and they had not noticed. She asked if I would like something else which was great but not what I had come for so I replied “no” expecting she’d offer a refund or at the very least a coupon for a future visit but she did neither. Perhaps servers could slow down and be more observant as they prepare the orders. Rather than rush to get orders out. I would rather wait a few extra minutes to get what I ordered.

The coffees without the artificial sweetener are good. Staff is normally super quick but a few times like today, they’re more interested in talking about tik Tok and of the 3-4 people working, only one appeared to actually be working on orders.

They always make sure to not have cross contamination when I share my gluten and dairy allergy. Very amazing and helpful, when other places may do that and say they do that but don’t actually. Really nice and kind workers!
