Was not impressed. Tried them for the first time. Ordered the King size meat pizza. They weren’t busy. Seated right away but took awhile for someone to come to take the order. Ordered pizza and breadsticks. Got the breadsticks, they were bland and marina sauce had no flavor. Sticks tasted like they were just bread that was prepackaged, frozen and thawed, no flavor, generic plain sticks. Sauce also had no flavor and been setting out for awhile. Finally got the pizza – it was not worth the 30 bucks. A thin crust meat pizza that was sadder than a Chuck E. Cheese cardboard pie. Unevenly cooked, areas burnt, some undercooked. Toppings not evenly spread. It was hot, but didn’t taste great, like a cardboard box. A Mexican pizza from Taco Bell has better personality and flavor than the pie I had. First impression was bad, won’t be going back. I’ll get my pie from Papa John’s down the street if I’m in that area.

Servers are always nice and helpful when coming around to the table. Friendly to chat with and bringing put good quick with it always steaming hot! Yum! Also always gotta have that pink stuff dressing! Salads are the reason we go here!

Pink stuff is always good! Love the salad, cheese bread, manicotti, and their marinara sauce. Pizza sometimes is delicious and other times is not. Last pizza was awful, lacking cheese.. burnt on top and bottom. Other times it will be the best pizza you have ever had.

My friends and I ordered food from this location when we picked it up her meatball sub had no sauce and no cheese, the cheese bread had hair baked into the cheese. When she called to talk to someone they were like the cheese is on there and I can send you some coupons. This was the first and last time we will eat here!

The family & I wanted to try new pizza. We are faithful to Casey’s. Looked up Pizza restaurants in the area & we were across the street from Pizza Shoppe. Went inside placed our order, the cashier was very nice. We ordered 2 King pizzas with meat & veggies. We couldn’t wait to get home & try the pizza. I ordered a cup of the caramel cone ice cream it is delicious you have to try it. One bite of the pizza & we were sold. Will definitely be going back. It’s pricey but it’s worth it. I would recommend Pizza Shoppe.

Pizza shoppe waitress brought out cold sauce for cheesie bread. She brought 2 cheese packets for 2 LARGE pizzas. I asked for more and she gave me 3 cheese packets. The waitress didn’t take our trash from table until our pizza was served. During our meal the waitress did not check on us or ask if we need refills for our drinks, or how our meal was, nothing. She showed no concern whatsoever about our needs. I had to ask for a to go box because the Waitress was on her phone instead of checking on us to see if we needed anything. I had to ask for the check to pay. The lack of service was provided for in the tip and this review. Definitely a low point in my experience with this pizza shoppe but won’t be forgotten.

I bought lunch for my friends. There was barely any sauce or mozzarella cheese on my meatball sub. My friend had hair that was baked underneath the cheese on her garlic cheese bread. When I called them they offered to send me coupons in the mail. Very disappointing. We will not be back.

Twice in a row we’ve eat inside and our pizza is like warm!!. Usually so hot you have to blow on it before taking a bite.

The service at this location is the worst I’ve ever experienced!!!! Our server Bella and another teenage girl were the worst employees to have running the front of the house or waiting on tables! While one of them snarled at everyone walking through the door the other one paced back and forth on her cell phone the entire time! Both Incredibly unfriendly, unprofessional and made you feel as if you were a nuisance being there!!!! The food was fresh but just okay! If I could give less than one star for service I would!!!!! As long as those same employees are working I would not recommend this location!!!!!

Nice kids. Okay good. Yet this is the ONLY location where I couldn’t have one side of pink dressing. I’d come in to order a salad. Took it to friends house. Decided to come back by on the way home in Gardner for a pizza. Tipped both times. Asked for a side (which contains maybe a tbsp amt) of pink dressing to dip my pizza in. Nope. Pay extra. I’d come in with debit card. Asked again and was told “my manager would be mad at me”
Any other restaurant I’ve been to allows a side of dip/dressing Any other PS location I’ve gone to allows a couple even at no charge Next time I’m hungry on way home from friends house I’ll go to the best location I’ve discovered.
