I have a starbucks gift card loaded to my wallet with $28.53 left on it. Their system wasn’t “taking it” and saying “zero balance”. They didn’t try to rectify it, or offer me a customer service number to call (said look it up) and said it wasn’t their fault with attitude. The only one nice and understanding was the young man working the drive through. He wanted to offer me a credit. But the store asst manager literally said “its above my pay grade” to help on this. I paid cash. Nice customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered a matcha latte, but it was poorly prepared, with large clumps of matcha powder throughout the drink, indicating it was not properly mixed. This resulted in an unpleasant texture and an inconsistent taste. Given the premium pricing, I expect a higher standard of quality and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with no desire to return to this location. I hope management addresses quality control to ensure better consistency for future customers.

First of all, I’d like to say how hard working the baristas were this morning that I observed. I walked in because the drive through was so backed up. My sticker on the coffee had 8:41 am as a printed time of ordering. I received my coffee at 9:03 am. That is not acceptable. I receive meals faster at my favorite Mexican restaurant. From what I observed, it appeared mobile orders seemed to have priority.

I wish I could say I didn’t wait 30 minutes in drive thru today. I understand there may be new employees who are training and need extra time, but including myself there was 7 people in line and it took me a full 30 min to get through and get my drink.

Every single time we go to this location, we are given awful drinks and attitude when we have asked for drinks that are made incorrectly to be fixed. Today, we watched the barista poor coffee out of both of our drinks to add cold foam to the top of the drink. We paid extra for the shots in our drinks. Then when it was mentioned we were looked at like we were crazy. This is lazy and poor service.

Ordered six drinks with my family on our way to Indianapolis. Took 25 minutes for them to get all six drinks out. We watched a million cars go through the drive through and people picking up online orders…and even single orders that came in after us — all delivered while we waited. Must have been training day on the espresso machine…but man…what a bummer on the service. And zero urgency. I want my $2 tip back….
