Purchased munchkins in July. There was what appeared to be dirt all over them. Staff was rude and almost annoyed that they had to work.
Last week I purchase muffins. They cram all of them in one small bag. I open the bag and see at the bottom a muffin that’s wrapper was pulled off and it appeared either smashed or half gone. I ask the cashier and she tells me a while before I came in, someone returned a muffin because it was gross and tasted funny. She set the bag with the half eaten muffin on the donut case and left it there.
When the kid grabbed my muffins, he opened the bag with the half eaten muffin and puts all my muffins in there with it. Disgusting!
Now all those muffins are contaminated and they don’t have any more. She offered me 2 donuts instead. Wow! I asked for 2 glazed. She gave me a glazed and a lemon filled. How do you screw that up? The donuts are in separate areas and bins. So she grabbed one glazed from the right bin and then went to another bin to get the lemon.
Service is awful! Work ethic is awful! I think everyone is getting tired of spending a fortune on food and service that is far below awful! These businesses don’t seem to care because things are only getting worse.

I cannot recall a time I’ve gone to this location without them getting my order wrong. Worst part is all my orders are done online so there’s really no room for error unless you’re just a negligent employee. Never in my life after years of working at multiple Dunkins in my lifetime, have I seen so many people behind the counter doing nothing or getting orders wrong bc they are too busy socializing with one another. Like dang, go clean something bc it’s a mess.

I can honestly say I’ve had my ups and downs coming to this dunkin for my coffee. However today was made all that much brighter by the warm and welcoming atmosphere that the crew this morning presented. They worked together like a team and it was clear there was great communication and leadership. Dj was a very welcoming and amazing person to interact with! Always welcome with a smile and makes the interactions so much smoother. It is people like him that makes me coming back to the store. Great work!

This is the worst dunkin’s I’ve been to in Maine. This past experience tops the cake. We ordered a large drink and two extra toasted bagels thru mobile order. When I got to the window, I received a medium drink without whipped cream (as I had ordered). When I went to get the error fixed, the drink was barely filled, leaving more than two inches of space left for liquid. This wouldn’t usually bother me as now I have two drinks, but when the manager is there, our drinks are never filled to the top. This is a regular occurrence.
When I got home to eat my extra toasted bagels, both were actually burnt to a crisp. They were disgusting. So disappointing. I would go somewhere else but this is the only location with a drive thru.

This Dunkin has the worst staff. They rush you through your order, cut you off as your order with “anything else” in a very rude and abrupt way. They woman taking the orders was very unpleasant, do you not want my money? I ordered 2 donuts and when I pulled away there was only one in the bag, so when I went back and asked about my other donut they said “we don’t have it” they also wouldn’t give me my money back. I ended up getting a replacement donut but I had to ask them for it, it should have been offered or given when I got my order.If you hate your job find something else, or don’t work the window.

Usually get coffee and a doughnut through the drive thru, sometimes a sandwich. Everytime I have come here, my order has been made right, both food and coffee. The workers are nice and make sure I have everything. Decent spot in my opinion. Fast food breakfast, its decent, but the coffee is very good, and the doughnuts can also be very good, such as the cookie butter doughnut.
