We had dinner at The Shake Slice & Brew tonight and it was an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was warm, lively, and inviting. Everything from the service to the presentation was spot on. A great place to relax and enjoy a good meal. Definitely looking forward to visiting again soon!

What an amazing addition for far west El Paso to enjoy. Pizza was great… also had the shrimp appetizer WOW!
Pizza – Meatzilla, New Mexico and Pastor (we were a large group) .. enjoyed every bite .. perfect crust!

A bit of a hidden gem next to the more popular main restaurant. Leandra was incredible with service and food was amazingly good. Their house salad has to be the most sophisticated house salad I’ve ever had! Pizza is on point and very cheesy! Highly recommend this place!

Asked the waitress how spicy is the spicy red pizza sauce on the build your own pizza. She said not too spicy. Well, her definition of spicy was a lot different than ours. The manager ended up comp’ing us a new pizza for us because we could barely eat the half of the first pizza. Overall a good pizza. Very generous with the cheese and tasty Italian Sausage and pepperoni.
Interior is sports bar themed and tables are spread out so you aren’t elbow to elbow with other groups. Will return to try out other menu items. Great service by Elizabeth D.

Usually we go to the shack next door for wings. But being a Thursday night and playoff baseball, it was busy so we decide to go next door to slice. There was a decent group on the patio and a handful of people inside. We sit down and it takes a minute to get drink orders. We ask for the pizza for our daughter ahead of time before we even order. Fast forward around 10 min maybe more and we put our p8zza order in. What felt like a good 30 minutes, we’re still waiting. Server Ashley checks in when she can. Get our pizza finally and still waiting on the kids pizza. As we’re waiting we noticd there’s 2 servers for the whole place and theyre literally running back and forth trying to take care of everyone. There’s one or two cooks. She tells us this is the second kids eat free and they weren’t prepared. I told her there are not that many kids here. You’re understaffed. I work in the food and drink business at a very busy place. There’s no reason these two servers were left to run everything by themselves. Customers were not as understanding as my family and friends were. Pretty sure a lady yelled at Ashley. Another customer interrupted us because she wanted to order. I felt really bad for them because I’ve been in that situation and it is not fair. They shouldn’t be apologizing and taking the heat for the manager’s lack of planning. Food was good thankfully even if it took a long time and didnt get the kids pizza till like an hr later. We got there prob around quarter till 6 and didn’t leave till after 730..

Ordered a build your own pizza. The ingredients were almost nonexistent. What a waste of money. No wonder the place is always empty. Cooks need to be retrained. The worst pizza and salad I have ever had. Feel bad for waitresses. While they are providing excellent service, the cooks are lacking terribly. Never coming back and I will alert my friends not to spend money here

NO WONDER THIS PLACE IS ALWAYS EMPTY… I just left the shack slice, I got there with my wife and my son, there was only 2 tables with customers, almost empty. 1st No one came to seat us so I walked to the bar and asked the bartender (a big guy with glasses) who was on his phone if it was open seating, he said yes so we chose a booth. We were waiting and no one came to attend us, the bar tender the looks at us and moved the other part of the bar to be on his phone again, he did not bother to call a waitress. Then another girl with glasses walks in the bar looks at us ignored us and started playing with her phone. We were there for about 20 minutes, no one came to our table so we decided to leave. Again NO WONDER THAT PLACE IS ALWAYS EMPTY…

Stopped by today and all the staff was just sitting down at the bar looking as if no one wanted to work. We asked for drinks and the waitress or bartender slammed them at us. We were looking at the menu for a while and still no one came up to us after her saying someone would help us after that. We left right after seeing for a while that, even the manager, was not doing anything. It made us not want to order from them because of their attitude and work ethnic. The experience was horrible

I had such a great experience at The Shack thanks to our server, Dev! From the moment we sat down, Dev was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. She has such a positive energy and made great recommendations that really hit the spot. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond with such kindness and professionalism, but Dev absolutely did. She made the whole meal even more enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be asking for her next time I come back. Highly recommend!
