Come here if you want to check your order and discover missing items, and then go let the staff know, and feel like a bother because how dare you ask them to give you items you had ordered but were missing! Also come here if you like the feel of your shoes sticking to everything. The only pleasant thing is if you are a millennial and like millennial pop.

This was the worst meal I have ever had. It is highway robbery. The chicken tenders were so dry and so hard that I could not eat them. The biscuit was very dry and the potatoes and graveyard were very cold.
For what is charged, it should be eatable.

Two dudes at the window didn’t say a word to me. Didn’t offer receipt. Ordered 3 piece meals, got 2 piece meals. Chicken was clearly left out for a long time and dry.

Finger licking good! Still the best take out chicken imo! This location is also the best in the QCA! Always fast and friendly fresh chicken! They don’t ever forget the honey either like other locations, namely Milan! The restrooms are clean as is the restaurant itself. It’s a chain restaurant so it’s hard to say their food is the best but damn I’m not sure how they always cook the best chicken! The mashed potatoes and gravy taste better here too! Maybe they’re sprinkled with crack? Lol

Umm got a 12 piece and no breast in my bucket. Didn’t realize until I drove home which is 30 minutes away. Oh and no butter and honey for biscuits! Breast are the most expensive piece of chicken instead you have me wings!

Was just there, 5/27/22 approx 5:30 pm. Ordered an 8 pc meal, dark meat only. Got home, and apparently the person filling the order has not been taught the difference between dark meat and light meat. Checked our receipt, total was $26 and change. Not sure what the regular charge for an 8 pc meal is so not sure if we paid the upcharge for the dark meat only. Didn’t return with the incorrect order due to the 20 min drive. Very disappointed.

The staff mess up your order all the time then either take the phone off the hook or won’t answer. When they do answer they act like they don’t care. Staff smell like weed when you come to the counter. If I was an owner I’d shut it down and clean house.
