I ordered Mongolian beef and a side of fried rice. The fried rice is okay, but the meat—oh, the rest of the meat—is disgusting. It’s the grossest thing I’ve ever tried. I took a few bites, thinking maybe it was just me, but no—this is the worst Mongolian beef I’ve ever had in Washington. The guy upfront was the worst person to be at the front desk. I now have to get Pepto-Bismol because this was nasty.

The guy who took our order acted like he would rather be unclogging a toilet than be there. Not friendly at all. The food was ok but not worth the price. My son had chicken katsu and they didn’t give him any tonkatsu sauce. My wife’s spicy chicken teriyaki was dry and tough. My honey garlic chicken was ok but not very flavorful especially in the garlic department. We were looking to try someplace new but sadly we won’t be back.

Very small spot in the Albertsons parking lot near papa johns, prices were pretty consistent with all the other terriakki places around. They do have lunch specials till 3pm however they are a little more pricey then other spots. They also charge 50cent extra for each to go item ordered. You also cannot upcharge your steamed rice to fried rice on your meal. Meals do come with salad, even the lunch special meals but the dressing there is extremely thick so it impossible to pour over your salad (same consistency of sour cream). But the lady was nice and our food came quick! I would return again being so close to my work and home.

The first and ONLY time I’ve been here. Walked in to order dinner, was using tap to pay but my tap was being weird so I asked if I could step aside and fix it but I REALLLY needed the bathroom first. Guy told me no cuz it was for customers only. I said I was literally in the middle of ordering and he told me it’s strictly PAY first, so I stepped aside to try and fix my tap to pay, and then the guy just give the loudest sign and eye roll and with so much attitude goes “OK fine I’ll let you in, but I’m not giving you the code I’ll walk you over, but our rules are you pay first! So this is a one time thing don’t expect it ever again!”……he was so condescending too! Before I could even sit down someone else (no one was in the restaurant when I came in btw) tried the code and knocked on the bathroom. When I came out it was a male (also Asian like the big guy at the counter) who said sorry he just had to go really bad. This guy was not a customer in the restaurant and was not made to buy anything and was given the code rather than the being walked to the bathroom….. I told the guy at the counter. I couldn’t get my tap to work but I was parked right outside the door and was just gonna go grab my debit card and pay. He gave another really loud ridiculous sigh. Rolled his eyes and said, yeah, right? I went outside, grabbed my debit card, took less than 60 seconds, and by the time I had come back in, he had already Removed my order And had to retype it in
I paid got my food and left. No matter how good this food ends up being, I still will not return back just to be treated like a child and talk down to over needing to use the bathroom, When clearly the same treatment wasn’t given to the guy after me.

In all seriousness though the guy has a really bad attitude. If you get the lunch special the low numbers come with a salad the high numbers do not come with a salad although it doesn’t say that on the menu. But in all the fairness It also doesn’t say that you get rice either so it could be whatever they want it to be .
But I think because it’s edible it calls for a two I wouldn’t give it a 3 cuz the lettuce was brown but yet the rice wasn’t too dried out.
It’s a give and take. The food was really Bland but the portions were reasonable.
I do hope whatever is causing him to be so bitter thay he finds a solution to be happy cuz it looks really bad on a business , especially with the big grand opening sign up front.
But I would come back if my choices were Walgreens food gas station food or this.

The food here is great. I’ve been a regular customer since they opened and it’s our family’s go-to spot for local teriyaki food.
Get over the guy up front having a monotone voice. That’s no reason to vote a small business down. He’s never been rude to me.
I once walked in when a white lady yelled at him right after their transaction because he said it’d be a 15 minute wait, and this upset her. She then asked for a refund because her dog couldn’t be alone in her car for 15 minutes. Cook at home if you can’t manage walking your dog during a normal amount of time to wait for takeout. Don’t take your life issues & 1st world problems out on the young man.

The food is really good here. My issue is the young man that works the register most of the time. He is the face and vibe of the company while working that position. My personal experiences were not good, EVER. My family and I eat here often and from walking in the door we are always met an attitude. There were a few times that I almost asked for my money back. Customer service is very important and HE LACKS every aspect of it. I avoid this place on the days that he works. They have to do better.

I love the chicken chow-mein and fried rice. Nice portions. The Mom is so sweet and kind excellent customer service. Omg the son has HORRIBLE Customer service he’s short, does not Ever say thank you and when I mentioned his poor customer service skills to him. He blamed it on his ethnicity and literally said I’m Korean this is how we are. Your Moms not that way! I recommend they move him from working the customer service area it’s affecting their tips and possibly their business!
