The kids and I frequent this place quite often. My kids have eaten more egg and cheese wakeup wraps than burgers and fries that’s for sure. Although, the wakeup wraps used to be 2 for $2 and now they are at least double that, this place remains our go to spot for getting a quick bite to eat. I would highly recommend the iced Carmel macchiato, frozen coffees, and the wakeup wraps for something that isn’t too heavy or calorie dense. As far as donuts go, the kids love the maple, vanilla frosted, sour cream donuts and my personal favorite,the French cruller.

Today was my first time going there and I won’t be going back!!!!! They first made me pull up while taking the six cars behind me! Then the girl comes out with my food ten mins after the fact. She hands me my food and I go excuse me where are my donuts? She said I have to go back inside I told her I didn’t even get all what I ordered so then she gets an attitude then takes my receipt. When I got home, all of the 7 orders of hashbrowns I ordered, were frozen!!! This is the worst DUNKIN I have ever been to! I called manager and she hung up on me! I will be calling Corporate tomorrow to report this to upper management! Terrible food and service and I will never ever go there again!!!

So I want to hear this morning to get a half a dozen donuts and counter lady was going to get my donuts then decided I had to pay first which is weird when I questioned this she said it would be faster and I said how is it faster to ring me up before I get my donuts it is the same time just very weird not going back the disappointment to is they have good food and they’re close but I think I’d much rather go Madison’s in Castle Shannon the service is better with better donuts

My recent visit to Dunkin’ was a complete letdown. If I could rate it, I’d give it zero stars without hesitation. I don’t write a lot of reviews unless it was pretty terrible, this made that list! The bagel I ordered looked more like abstract art than a proper breakfast item, squished into a triangle shape. Are they trying to introduce a new geometric trend or just cutting corners to save costs? It’s baffling how something like that could even leave the kitchen and be served to a customer. The egg was bigger than the bagel and falling off as you eat it! It’s certainly not ideal for a satisfying meal. The hash browns, apparently, counting to six is a challenge because I only received four. Even the snackin’ bacon, their inability to count strikes again. The only consolation was that the coffee was served hot. It’s disheartening to spend money on such subpar service and quality. Honestly, it’s a complete waste of money. I sincerely hope that Dunkin’ reevaluates their standards because the current level of service and quality is simply unacceptable. I will never go back to this location again!!

This is my third time here the first time service was great I got muffins the order was the perfect. The second time was at 1050 one night when no one came to the window while I was in the drive through. So I couldn’t place an order and the close at 11 so someone should have been there to take all order. This time I got a latte with and requested less ice. When I was handed my drink it felt a little heavy on the ice and I she’d is this less ice the woman says yes. Well once I pull off and actually look at my cup I see that it’s filled with ice. I don’t like alot of ice on my coffee it waters it down and destroys the taste. I like my coffee cooled which is why I requested less ice. It’s a very simple request and then please don’t tell me it’s less ice when the chip is obviously full. I would have went back if I didn’t have my infant in the car and need to get home.

The line was super long on a Sunday morning. My baby started fussing so I pulled out of line and parked to calm him. I called to let them know I’d have to cancel my order but this sweet girl offers to bring it out to my car.
She looked so stressed out and apologized, explaining that they are understaffed. Dunkin’, please do whatever you gotta do to hire more people because this girl doesn’t deserve to feel like that.
