I’ve been ordering here for years and usually no problems. That was NOT the case today. Food never arrived! I had to call twice to figure out where my order was.
Breakdown of events:
Order placed at 5:42 pm.
Out for delivery at 6:10 pm.
Estimated delivery at 6:23 pm.
I watched the tracker and noticed the delivery time kept getting pushed back further and further.
Then the tracker showed delivered at 6:45 pm, but nothing had been delivered to my house.
I called the store at 6:46 pm and was told that the driver was nearby and should be there soon. They told me to call back in about 10 minutes if it hadn’t been delivered.
I re-check the tracker and it shows delivered at 6:47 pm, but still no order.
I waited a little over 10 minutes and saw that the driver was back at the store. I called back at 7 pm and was told they didn’t show it as delivered. She offered to remake the order and resend it out with a complimentary lava cake or other dessert. Truthfully after waiting over an hour, my appetite for pizza had died and I didn’t want to wait another hour to get some pizza.
Domino’s needs to hold their driver’s accountable and reassess how they handle costumers.

The system didn’t want to take my husband card after three swips, but I wasn’t sure why. My husband said, “I know why. Because I’m not signing to leave a tip. This has happened a few times. He used another card and did the same thing. Chris looked consumed and said, “Maybe our network is down.”
My husband says, “I’ll prove the point.” He slides his first card through the cards reader again, yet leaving a tip. My husband stated, “Your system is forcing customers to leave a tip.” Chris wasn’t offered at my husband reaction to the system, making him leave a tip. He was still the same pleasant host.
Chris offered the pizza for free, saying to prove a point for my husband’s frustrations of the forced credit card tip because it’s not my system and I don’t want to force anyone to leave me a tip, sir.
Thank you, Chris, for not allowing my husband’s frustration to offend you.
Chris could have used fewer toppings, burning the crust or not fully baking the pizza, but, no, he made it as though we were his best customers of the day
Yes, the place was very clean as shown in the photos. No food or sticky scum on the floor.
The pizza ordered was the Hand Tossed ExtravaganZZa

There is a small padded bench seat for two. Not social distance friendly, but I’m socially friendly anyway.

I live about two hours from this location I was close to the restaurant stopped in and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the store the guys were very nice and helpful and the pizza and bread were absolutely delicious. I will be returning to the store when im back in the area

She told me they don’t deliver to the apartments across the street that I have to call the other Domino’s which is 3 miles away and they said I have to use the Domino’s closest to me, which is the one across the street and they won’t do it

I went in after my tracker had said 17 minutes until ready. I arrived 20 minutes after it was ordered. They hadn’t even started making it. The manager kept saying yeah we are just really moving slow tonight and yeah who knows when your order will be ready. The phone was ringing off the hook with wrong orders.

WAS AMAZING! This girl, I think her name was Karissa. Was spectacular. Answered all my questions as im not from here. Amazing customer service and seemed genuinely happy to be of service! Overall made my trip that much better! Ordered a hand tossed, the bottom crust tasted like cardboard. The pepperoni cheesy bread severely lacked the cheesy and it normally comes with a marinara sauce I order 1 for extra. I paid .99 cents for a marinara sauce it should’ve came with All American is cheaper and better quality. The
