Stopped to have dinner, the service was helpful fast and friendly. We asked for special way of making our wings and staff was ready to accommodate our request. The place had nice music and kind of not to loud, which was great. Most people were there to pickup the food.

I had an issue with trying to use a debit card to place an order online so I went into Schertz Wingstop to place the order. After placing the order in the store, it seems although the online order didn’t want to process my order it locked up funds on my debit card, preventing me from using the debit card to fully pay for the in store order. David, the in store manager recognized this issue and told me my debit card balance would be restored in a couple hours, therefore he comped my in store order. Sure enough, after checking my debit card balance two hours later the locked up funds were removed and my debit card balance was restored. Thank You David for providing outstanding customer support in this matter!!!

Linda and her team were awesome—friendly and quick to point out the specials and family deals. The food came out fast and was delicious, especially the Korean BBQ and garlic parmesan. Overall, outstanding! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ll go here again.

I suppose its my fault for expecting a business thay serves wings to be prepared for the busiest wing day (super bowl). Whether it’s the online systems fault for not refusing orders or the sites fault for taking too many orders I don’t know but I ordered in advance for that very reason and when I showed up they were filling call in orders before pre orders. Shitty thing to do to those of us who planned ahead.

Every time I come in this restaurant they tell me there’s a hour wait busy or not. Today was another day they told me that but with attitudethe cashier was rude Linda was the cashier name. And I accepted and waited for the hour and. After the hour pass by I came to the same cashier and asked her how much longer ? And she made a gesture and ignored me. I waited a little longer and asked another cashier and he said he was going to talk to his manager and never came back to tell me . I requested my money back and the denied to give me my money back. I hope their management coaches them and show them the how to respect the customers . That’s why they have a job

These fries are black. It’s not even like a slightly crunchy potato. Biting into it is just crunch. Not only that, but I waited a long time for my order. If you’re gonna take a long time, at least do it right. The fact that I was served burnt fries means someone who works here saw they were burnt, and still packaged them up for me. What a shame.

The wings that we receive had barely any sauce on them. If not, none at all, they looked very undercooked and didn’t feel safe to eat. So we had to cook them longer. We could have just kept our money and did it. Ourself.
