We were in the Dells for a concert this weekend and were staying at a nearby hotel, so we decided to stop in and try a flight.
From the outside, I expected more of a sports‑bar vibe, but the dining area had a really interesting layout. We sat at the bar and were helped right away.
We tried four different drinks, and while everything was fine, none of them really stood out for us. It might just come down to personal preference or the specific ones we chose.

We were a little undecided between a couple different types of beer and he gave us a small taster. And the chicken bacon ranch pizza? Oh! Hot, tender, cheesey with crisp on the edges like a smashburger.

Food was good and our server Jax was awesome. Friendly and attentive, and really made the experience better. The place could use some decor, as the walls felt a bit drab, but overall it was a solid visit. I would definitely come back for the food and service.

Staff were so polite!! They have amazing cheese curds… YUM! We came for some beers. My husband had their Jerry’s Lite a cream ale. That was very good! I did a flight. The Lemon Blueberry pound cake was surprisingly my favorite. The Honey Wheat and Cave Dweller (Oktoberfest) were also very good. Was not a fan of the Jalapeño cream ale, wasn’t for me. Some customers showed up with dogs and the wait staff picked up a dog bowl to give them water, I LOVE this so much!!!

Stopped here while traveling. We really enjoyed the beer! The space is really nice and the service was great. The reason for not 5 stars on the food is more focused on the salad and the burger. The chicken was dry on the salad. The burger was overcooked and also dry. The pizza was good…but too spicy for most of the table…but it was cooked and prepared well.

Pretty nice place a bit pricey the menu pictures/ prices on the Google maps are wrong! Off by $3 to $5 too so be aware of that. But you’re kind of expect that in the Dells. I did mention that to them but they didn’t seem to care… The food was pretty good service was good too Didn’t get to try any beer looks kind of good.

Waitstaff was great! Super helpful with my special diet. “Vegan burger” is not vegan if you get on the brioche bun. Food was pricey for the quality. Fries were good. It’s bar food.

Attentive and creative service. Experimental variety of pizza toppings. Plus classes for your less adventurous eating companions. Personally recommend the jalapeño popper pizza.

We stopped here on a Monday 3/31/25. My neighbor who I was taking to the Mayo Clinic, stopped here for an early dinner. Although he was difficult to please, I was satisfied with my Rueben sandwich and onion rings plus a green salad. Atmosphere was pleasant. Nice and spacious with large picnic style tables and benches. There’s a stage for live music. I loved the bathroom motif of corrugated metal panels and hammered copper wash basins. I want to thank our server, Jaydah for being patient with my finnicky neighbor. He was really hungry and gets an attitude.

Our first time at Pals. Our friends that we came with have been at it before and enjoyed it. The atmosphere is new and modern. Clean and fresh. The brewery had some great flavors of beer. My favorite was jalapeño beer. The flavor and taste is a new must to try! It went great with my perch fish meal. We all enjoyed our meals of perch and pizzas. We would definitely will return. Outdoor area was nice with music.
