The food here was so amazing. The oxtail soup was clear and tasty. Calamari was fresh and easy to bite.
My beef short ribs are so delicious and very juicy. Incredible. My husband has the rib-eye steak. The temperature for the middle-rare is just perfect.
We are too full from the main course so we didn’t order the dessert. Will try the chocolate brownie next time, I hear that it is also very delicious.
The waiters very friendly and the Chef Jens even come to check with us how was the food. Amazing service.

This restaurant is part of the Hilton Dresden hotel, sort of. It was recommended by the concierge for being able to feed our kids with severe food allergies safely. I started my meal with a potato soup common to the Saxon region and it was really delicious. I then order the “meatloaf” over fried potatoes. The meatloaf was really just a ham steak. It was really good, but wasn’t exactly what I expected. I finished my meal with the Dresdener cake which is an egg custard cake that was very tasty. The servers were so good trying to keep our boys safe they freaked out when I was splitting the dessert with our non-food allergy kid. Great staff!

The food was fantastic, the waiters Daniel and Roberto were very friendly and had superb knowledge of the menu. The ambience of the restaurant is lovely, a really nice place for a meal. I would highly recommend.

Part of the Hilton Hotel. It has a great location near the Frauenkirche, but this also means lots of crowds, including a stop for walking tours.
I had a dry-aged rump steak, which had a great firm texture, but was not as flavourful as others I have had. The menu did not say how long the steak was aged for, and the waitress also didn’t know. I will say that they had cooked a perfect blue. The sides were small. I went for the baked potato.It maybe tasty, as it was finished over the grill, but I expect a whole baked potato for that price , not a miserly half placed in a bowl of sour cream.
The waitress was friendly and attentive, but over all I came away feeling that I had overpaid, and under-eaten.
