Excellent choice for a quick bite. The portions are very generous, the food is precooked but tasty (my wife didn’t care for the pinto beans, but my black beans were delicious). We ordered a bowl, and you tell them what to add to it. It was an unexpected but fortuitous find. It is in a food court, but the area was had ample seating, it was quiet, and most importantly very clean. We will be back.

Im a local and was wandering around looking for a good taco spot. Although the 2 on the other side of Fremont Street are great, THIS PLACE BLEW MY MIND! The carne asada tacos I ordered were I wish it was open later because its midnight right now and im craving tacos.

Stopped by for a quick bite. Fresh Mexican Grill is located in the Plaza Hotel food court. The line was pretty long, so I waited about 10 minutes before ordering.
Once I got to the front, the worker was so nice and funny. You can tell she enjoys her job. She was heating our tortillas.
We ordered the combo plate with 2 Carne Asada Tacos, rice, and beans. The tacos were delicious. I also had the chips and queso. I really enjoyed my meal, especially the chips.
Overall, it’s a great spot for a quick bite.

Seriously some of the BEST tacos I’ve had in a hot minute! Absolutely delicious! Fast service and large portions! I haven’t been to the Plaza casino in over a decade, but I’d come here just for these tacos!

It’s a food court, so really no atmosphere. However, you don’t need it. The carne asada street tacos were “Texas-worthy.” The salsas were very tasty but really needed some heat— the green sauce was delicious and my favorite. Prices were great! Go get some!!

When we booked our stay and saw the included food options for the all inclusive, I was pretty sure this was going to be my least favorite. We tried it night one and honestly, none of the other options compared. The al pastor meat had so much flavor, the burritos were so good. The portion was filling. And they were so nice!!!! 10/10 loved

Great for a snack or meal. Always fresh and so good. Chips and queso with a carna asada street taco. Very generous with the toppings and they accept plaza dining credits.
