Went a few times while we were in OC. Good value for money.
Caroline from Dominican Republic provided exceptional service with a smile. For the kids’ subs she chopped tomatoes, cucumber and pickles into four, and the kids ate it all without making a mess.

Ordered 2 footlong veggie delights
The lady serving subs was very much rude in behavior she refused very rudely paper coupons we had !!
After I told her to add extra Jalapeños she said I just did which she didn’t. Then she added them as if she was doing some favor. The whole time she had very rude expressions
NOTE: washrooms are out of order (Male & female)

Possibly the most rude worst service I’ve ever had at the beach. The russian people behind the counter, treat you like garbage. If I was the owner.. I would hired AMERICANS who can understand what your saying and dont have to repeat everything you say 3-4 times. If you want my money.. I would like to be treated with respect and shouldn’t have to fight with the people behind the counter about an order. I would honestly give this a no star.

terrible service. bought a $6 meal which has a 6′ sub with drink in chips. foung huge hair in sub, people behind the counter tried to say it was mine. ended up getting $2 for just the sub when the meal was 6?? doesn’t even deserve one star

Interesting to note. The $3.50 6 inch sub is NOT A DEAL. The sub of the day FOOT LONG is $6.00. So your paying $3.50 for a 6 inch sub. DO THE MATH. It’s cheaper to get the foot long. So NOT. I walked out. Did my business elsewhere.

Worst service ever. Ordered delivery from them and everything was wrong with my order and it had things I am allergic to on everything. They refused to answer the phone and when someone finally did I told them I wanted a refund and they laughed and hung up.
