Plenty of better subs place then this one with faster service with a smile….I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Jimmy John’s. The service was terrible from start to finish. The drive-thru wait time was over 30 minutes, which completely defeats the purpose of going somewhere that advertises “freaky fast” service. There was no sense of urgency at all.
When I finally got my order, the food quality was just as bad as the service. The sandwich was sloppily made, ingredients didn’t taste fresh, and it honestly felt like no care went into preparing it. For the prices they charge, I expect much better.
What bothered me most was the attitude — no apology for the long wait, no acknowledgment of the delay, and no effort to make things right. It felt like they simply didn’t care.
I won’t be coming back, and I definitely can’t recommend this location to anyone expecting decent service or quality food.

I ordered three sandwiches from here. Two were what I thought was standard Jimmy John’s and had a decent amount of meat but the third sub was pathetic and had maybe two pieces and was drowning in mustard. When I reached out to Jimmy John’s for a refund — just for the one sub that was sub-par/had literally two pieces of meat total — I got the worst customer service email implying basically that I was wrong. They should be embarrassed with this response, frankly. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and I’ve never blamed the customer quite like Jimmy John’s. Guess it’s Jersey Mike’s for me from now on.

Started out with a very rude drive in person, then my entire order smelled and tasted like axe body spray!! Couldn’t even eat it. I will now be driving out of my way getting out of the car and going to DiBellas!!!! Worst JJ location EVER!!

The drive thru is a trap. I’ve been stuck here for 14 minutes now and there isn’t a way to get out. They make it so you can’t get out if they are taking forever on the order 2 cars ahead and you can’t back out.

I’m down the road, less than five minutes, I ordered 2 sandwiches, it has been three hours, my sandwich has been in the delivery stage of 3 different Uber drivers. I’m not sure why Jimmy John’s is running a relay race with my sandwiches, or why they are taking them sightseeing across all of Ann arbor and Ypsilanti, but I think they need to rework the system. I just hope to God when or if they get here that the order will at least be correct. Keep this hungry and flu ridden reviewer in your thoughts fellow patrons.
