As soon as we walked in we were greeted and asked to fill our plates. Staff was carried themselves with the upmost respect. The hospitality was absolutely amazing. The food? DELICIOUS. I couldn’t ask for a better out of town experience. I’m from Dallas, Tx and I WISH we had places like this. 10/10. Will eat here every time I come through Louisiana.

Best Southern Breakfast. Buttery Biscuit, bacon cook to perfection, grits and tomato gravy. Great food for small town Franklinton, Louisiana. Always love to go back here every year for their breakfast and Washington Parish Fair.

Tried the Sunday buffet today. Amazing! We often go on Friday evenings and eat the fried fish special which is so good but have been wanting to try the buffet on Sundays. It DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! We will be back!!!

Great, no frills place to get breakfast. Don’t wait to be seated. Just head over to the counter and order. I had a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and it was delicious! (There are two counters. One for breakfast and one for lunch/dinner).

Great home cooked food! It was my first time in this place. It was so good that I would take a date to breakfast here. The smells when you first walk in make you mouth water and your taste buds tap dance on your tongue. Nice size portions to satisfy your rumbling belly. Family friendly.

Fried shrimp poboy was excellent and large enough shrimp to actually chew on and enjoy. They have an expansive menu and you can walk in and out quickly with your food if you choose one of the lunch specials. I love taking my wife and kids here for a treat.
They open early and have breakfast foods, donuts and plate sized apple fritters.
Parking can get interesting when they get busy, but this is summarily a place to take friends, family or coworkers for a nice meal.

Tried this place out twice and both times was disappointed. the first time they gave us hardly any food in the shrimp plate and the second they gave us burnt food. Would not recommend and watch your bill as well both times the bill was 5-6 dollars higher than it should have been. Thumbs down!
