I ordered a custom Stuffed Crazy Crust pizza, Italian Bread, and Crazy Bread on a Thusday Evenening around 7pm. The amount of parmesean on the Crazy Bread and crust is heavenly. The toppings are perfectly spread. They’re also consistently like 10 mins quicker then the app’s estimated wait time (I always order for pickup). The food quality is also consistent, but only ever order after like 6pm.
This location is right near my parent’s house so whenever I’m around I stop buy because the near my place SUCKS.

Guy before me waited and walked out after no help…I order from some kid who doesn’t wash his hands no gloves, and touches his hair…OK I get it he’s a kid..ask for red peppers and parm and before I can finish, “We don’t have any”. Wierd, lil ceasars with no red peppers at the least? When I get home after literally watching the kid cut my pizza, it’s not cut all the way thru so I have to rip apart my pizza and mess it all up…crazy. Also the guy after me waited forever while the kid drank his soda and checked his phone. I’m good never again.

Foor great, service not so much. Cashier (possible manager-youngish female ) had an attitude issue and not so friendly. I had to wait 30 minutes (which is too long for what is suppose to be a hot and ready place) for walk in orders. Place just opened to so long ago and they already need a re-train here for prep and customer service.

I will never order from here again. They literally gave me some burnt pizza puffs! They really had the nerve to give me these burnt things! Then no one wants to pick up the phone when I call! That’s ok. It’s unacceptable and won’t order from here anymore!

I switched to this Little Caesars a couple of months ago and I’m glad I did. They are fast about getting the food out and do a good job of not giving my order away to other customers like the S. Durango location does. The staff is always professional the the place is clean. Good place I’d recommend.

Yet another place I would not order delivery from or even go to. I go to pick up an order and the manager is more into asking her employees what their birthdays are than helping customers. When the order is finally done instead of handing it to me the manager puts it in the locked hot box costing more time. Then the manager asked me if there was any drinks or anything else with the order as I’m putting pizza in hot bag. So I hope it’s the right pizza because obviously she didn’t read the order ticket or she would know if there was anything missing.

The pizza was good my issue is they hire people who have no training or customer service skills so it almost sets everyone up for failure. Order and do pick up and order with a lot of extra time otherwise you will be waiting a while!

My wife and I stopped by this Little Caesars today and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The woman in glasses who appeared to be the manager was noticeably rude to her employees — who, to their credit, were far more helpful and courteous than she was.
We had an issue retrieving our order from the Pizza Portal and asked for help. Instead of assisting us properly, the manager was dismissive, unhelpful, and even gave us incorrect information about how the system works. Her attitude created an uncomfortable environment not only for customers but also for the staff, who were clearly trying their best despite her behavior.
It’s unfortunate when the person in charge sets such a poor example. Hopefully, this location can address the issue and focus on improving customer service and internal professionalism.
