Looks like there’s no importance for cleanliness at this store. The sauce packets are glued and it’s disgusting to eat from these packets. The tables are not clean. The staff won’t even say hello. On top of everything the food is also not properly done. My cheesy fiesta potatoes were dry and very hard to eat. They didn’t even give me full container of these hard potatoes. Overall, below average on everything.

Just left here and the drive through cahier was very rude and possibly intoxicated. I ordered 20 dollars worth of food and got to the window to pay and she said 3 dollars. I said no I owe you 20 dollars because I didn’t want to get someone else’s order. She SCREAMS at me and says ” I SAID 20 DOLLARS” My daughter was there in the passenger seat and said she said 3 dollars not 20..I’m like okay…then she hands me a drink and says ” Did you get a drink?” I said yeah then she closed the window and had us waiting for 15-20 minutes to get our 3 item order.She goes to hand it to me and shoves it in my hand all aggressively and slams the window without saying a word. I don’t know what her problem was but she shouldn’t be dealing with customers.

As most other reviews state, expect to wait for your order and have your patience tested. Was there on a Wednesday at 7:15PM. The lobby was closed, took 40 minutes to get through the drive through. Asked what the delay was and was told they are short staffed and had 3 people on shift. While 10+ cars were in line they decided it was a good idea to have one worker cleaning the closed lobby instead of helping get orders out.

Do not expect good service at this Taco Bell. There have been days when this Taco Bell has been closed at peak times due to staffing issues. Additionally, when they are open, the service is typically poor. I just went through the drive thru and ordered to a chat bot while their menu was black & I couldn’t read it. Luckily, I knew what I wanted to order. When I told the employee at the window, he seemed annoyed. I really like Taco Bell but this is the worst one I’ve ever been to. This is my judgement after numerous visits over years since this location opened.

Incredibly slow service. Sat in the drive through without moving for 20 minutes with two cars ahead of us… how long does it take to assemble a few burritos with prepped ingredients? If you’re understaffed, running terribly behind, whatever… tell the customer so they can make an informed decision. It’s called fast food for a reason… if it’s not fast, your entire platform is useless, and tricking people into staying and ordering is disrespectful to customers.

Honestly surprised it’s running so smoothly for that it just opened this week! Incredibly fast service, good looking food, portions inside were great! This is a beautiful taco bell, they’ll make the food right in front of you! A bit of a weave through the parking lot but well worth the hike. Small store so try and come through at a quiet time

this is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They changed their closing times without telling anyone and now I went there and they are only accepting online orders. They’re very shortstaffed. Everyone is very mean the food is very badly prepared. I will never be going to this Taco Bell location ever again
