This is the caramelized onion kanish. The balance of the salt in the potato filling and the subtle sweetness of the onions was great! The spicy mustard was also a great kick to add to the flavor.
Its a must try in Brandon and I’ll definitely be back!

Excellent quality and delicious! I had the caramelized onion knish combo with the all beef hot dog and drink. Very reasonably priced and the service is wonderful. It is truly a hidden gem and I will be back often! As a side note I hadn’t had a knish in 40 years so it didn’t disappoint and it brought back some special memories. Thank you!

I have been looking for a good knish place for so long that I gave up. I saw a cute sign that I hadn’t seen before and so I decided to stop in with my coworker. To my surprise and delight, this place made the freshest and most delectable knishes I have ever had. I am originally from the East coast and have had my share. I saw the person in front of me had 3 broccoli cheddar knishes so I tried one. My friend got the chicken soup and spinach knish and we went back to work. Wow! I am so happy I found this place. I’ve been there so many times now and have always been in and out so quickly. The prices are right and the food is always, consistently good.

I had never heard of a knish before I drove by this shop, at which point I turned around and came back to check it out. I tried one of every type and they were all absolutely delicious. The owner was so friendly and knowledgeable, and he makes all the knishes himself. Absolutely recommend checking it out!

I grew up around NYC and was lucky to have a local bagel/knish place where I grew up in Florida. After finally going to visit Knish King let me say these are the best ones I’ve had since moving to Tampa 5+ years ago. Will return for a dozen or so, loved the hot dogs and mazto ball soup. Its a humble establishment with extraordinarily tasty food. If you are in Brandon or Tampa, make a visit if you want some good Jewish Deli style eats.

Found by chance driving past, so glad we stopped. Yummy everything! The kinish was perfect and the matzoh ball soup was delicious, lots of chunks of chicken too! And the kugel, mmmmmm! Will definitely be making this tiny jewel a repeat stop! Just wish Mom was around to enjoy it with us…
