If your order is wrong or you’re missing food, you’re out of luck and money.
I ordered online. They used a third party (DoorDash) to deliver. Part of my order was missing, so I was told to call the store.
You absolutely cannot get ahold of anyone! The call routed to the call center after attempt to transfer to the store 4 times: the call center only takes orders. I was given the corporate number, that has an automated system instructing to call the store. My food was also undercooked.

Food was good, atmosphere cant really say since delivery so neutral. But the service is terrible so many things wrong first one is why cant i just call the store directly why does it send me to a third party then i have to be transferred to the store if i have an issue and i do brings me to the second one thats wrong… why does pizza hut now use door dash why cant the delivery just stay the same now when an issue arises and i order on pizza hut app and not doordash how am i supposed to say there is an issue when i cant say anything due to not ordering on door dash which then brings me to last issue i am still missing an item from my order and called the store number then got sent to third party and finaly got transferred to the store and wasnt ablento get any help since she was brand new so no refund since wasnt sure how and now i cant get item delivered since it was through “door dash” so now im out money and an item. Was on hold with store after calling and trying to get through 3 times after have a picture of how long i was in hold till i gave up

We order pizza from this location every friday night… We have it delivered and it is always on point!!! Tonight we got the tavern cut, which is probably the best pizza.I have ever had is so delicious!!! Thought I would venture out and try something different.And i’m so glad that I did…. Thank you so much, and i’m so glad this establishment is still open because I know a lot of businesses are struggling right now. This is the highlight of my week.Friday night pizza from pizza hut!!!

I ordered for delivery, it came 25 minutes after text saying out for delivery. The pizza came, not even warm. Had to microwave.I ordered pan crust, I got regular. Ordered extra cheese, didn’t get it. Lastly, ordered the boneless wings. They had no flavor. I would not order there again.

Ordered food at 12 noon for a specific time later. I paid for it and they couldn’t find it and it was a huge mess. Finally my wife went back in there and got the pizza and the person at counter slammed it on the counter. We were very nice about this and these ppl were ignorant. I will never eat here again

Pizza Hut has the absolute worst customer experience. Website is always disgustingly slow and frustrating. It’s my fault, but I accidentally placed an order to the wrong location where I used to live, and you can’t even get ahold of the right location to cancel because the phone numbers all go to a call center in India where you have to be transferred and put on hold for who knows how long because I wasn’t going to wait longer than the 10 minutes I already waited.

I was very unpleased with my delivery last night, we ordered out for the first time in a while. Just to receive our meal looking like this, pizza toppings all melted together. It almost looks like you guys tossed our pizza in there or your driver shook/ tipped our Meal over in his bag.

If I could give 0 I would. I placed an online order to be delivered at 6:10 so I could have dinner at work. My order was just being prepared at 6:10. Didnt get my order until my lunch break was over. Didnt even get to eat while on my shift. So now I have to eat cold food when I get home at 11pm. Why have time slots for orders to be here if I dont get my food for almost 20 mins after the time I set it to be delivered.

I will never order from them again. I ordered pizza at 4:50 this afternoon, it said it would be delivered by 5:26. When I called the store, the manager on the phone was very rude! It was not delivered until 6:30. It was cold! This is absolutely unacceptable!!!
