Would be a great place but they sub with door dash and every single time door dash delivers they use no hot bag and they always stack orders so food is always cold. To be fair if the in house delivery driver is working it’s hot always just sucks taking the dd gamble
Quality is going down as well paid almost 40$ for a deep dish and salad got barely any pepperoni and only 2 cucumber slices on my salad also asked for well done got normal I really wish people would just do their jobs if you don’t like your job just quit.

Ordered a deep dish and bread. There was a mixup with number i apologized and added a extra tip for the remake. The SAME pizza was put in the oven for a few minutes and sent out cold and dry. Im pregnant and had to go return it and he looked me in my face and lied. The pizza was cold, dry, and u can obviously tell it was reheated. There goes my craving and he was very nonchalant and dismissive about it. Highly upset!!!!! Mind you it was a 4 minute delivery.

Ordered 2 large Works. Never seen so much grease. One of them had so much grease/water that when I picked up a piece you could see it pooling up in the box. Also left a soppy mess on my plate. It was almost like they poured water on the pizza. Both pizzas also had way to many toppings on them that the bottom dough was raw, not to mention it was very thin. Today I’m left with a very upset tummy.

Didn’t feel like I got either. Not to mention I was supposed to have Mushrooms, but I literally had 3 slices of a Mushrooms….
Feel like they just have an assembly line going and don’t want to break it down.
Over all, I’m once again disappointed ….
Everybody wants top DOLLAR
For their “Food or Product” but don’t back it up with Quality!!!!

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible service. Asked to sub bbq sauce for ranch on a sub and you would think I ask them to wear gloves when they made my pizza. The manager Monday night December 1st is very power hungry around topping on pizza. I hope you find what you are looking for that makes you feel whole by denying customers pizza topping.

The food is always good but the customer service needs work. Its only one guy that has the issue. Whoever the guy is with the long hair is the issue. He’s rude and mean. I understand you may be overworked but if it’s THAT bad, take a day off. I gave the other guy that made my food an extra tip because he kept apologizing, when he didnt have to, and was extremely nice. Thank you, to whoever he is. A little kindness goes a long way.

Prices went up. Customer service went down. Some of the employees seem bothered that you came in. Instead of greeting you they stare blankly and say “name”. Self checkouts are more polite lol. 3 star because I like the pizza a lot. Hope the hospitality improves.

After picking up my child from school I decided to stop at hungry howies. I parked in the parking lot on the side due to tight parking in front of the restaurant and my truck being big. After ordering online 5 minutes later my vehicle was approached by an old white man (claiming to own the whole strip complex but is wearing hungry howies uniform) stating I parked incorrectly in a EMPTY parking lot, why are we here, and where are we ordering food from (hungry howies is the ONLY restaurant in the strip mall) after stating I ordered food online and I’m waiting for it to be prepared he continued to be rude and clearly agitated demanding that I hurry up and get my food so I can leave his parking lot. He was very very rude and intrusive nearly leaning in my car window! Although I enjoy the pizza I will NOT be returning!
