I’ve been coming to this Jack in the box for 13 years. This is right the first time that I give bad service. When I order my order. He repeated back but when I got home, it was not the right order. I was missing items when I went back to ask him. He kids aggressive, talking back to me. And when he handle my food that he would make, he’d throw it to me. And I’ve been saying, constantly, when these 2 people are working there and on top of that, they don’t have safety, they don’t know anything about cross-contamination. They’re using the same pearl glove too. To do Everton, he held a customer. He got cash a coupon, and he went and served the different food for a different customer.

Continue to give them the benefit of the doubt and disappointed everytime, especially late night! Only closest Jack in Box to my home but I refuse to go because the food is always made poorly. I’m never given a reciept and I get nervous trying to speak up because they’re too busy talking to whoever on their earphones.

Was never told final price of my meal. Didn’t get a receipt. Guy at the window said next to nothing.
I will not be returning to this location ever again.

Sooo damn cold. Came here with my family to eat with my family and the workers wouldn’t turn the heater on. It’s winter and your store is freezing. Not a good atmosphere for mediocre food.

Consistently inconsistent.
Sometimes the service is spot-on and they get my order right and sometimes they just can’t seem to figure it out.
The quality of the hamburgers from Jack In The Box has gone way down in recent years so now I just stick to the chicken sandwiches they seem to be still quite good.

hello, I don’t know who to contact but I don’t understand why this restaurant has a closing time, and whenever I go the indu employees never want to continue selling after 1:30 am? if they supposedly close at 3 am… today I got there 1:35 am and the very rude Indian employee did not want to attend to me… I was at the speaker and at the window for a long time and he did not want to sell me anything… I really think that if these cashiers do not want to work, they should not be there… because they really don’t love their job… I’m very upset and I don’t know who to contact to make a complaint…
