The Coffee Station II

Social Profile:

The Coffee Station started in 1983 as a small doughnut & coffee stand next to the Morton train station. It only had a counter & a few tables…With time & some elbow grease from owner John Paciotti it expanded, & moved across the lot to the former PNC Bank. Along with later leading to a second location in Garnet Valley, PA. It now has a much larger building, bigger counters & a lot more tables. Those doughnuts & coffees turned into a full breakfast and lunch menu, but don’t worry, it hasn’t lost that great made-from-scratch feeling it always had!

Love this little place. Reasonably priced. We paid $46 for 4 of us. Great food. Service was quick and our server was attentive. They are only open for breakfast and lunch so plan accordingly. They also offer carry-out.

We went on a Monday morning but it’s a small restaurant and fills up quickly, especially on weekends but it is well worth the wait.

** PRO TIP ** The Scrapple Fries are their signature dish and are fantastic. Definitely give them a try.

Great breakfast place. On the smaller side, but the staff does a great job keeping things moving without feeling rushed. Perfect for groups of 4 or less. 5-6 people are doable but likely will have to wait for space to open.
Food is exactly what you want from a Mom & Pop place. And the staff is super friendly.

Brought grandson here for breakfast. Brittney was our server and took great care of us. Food was excellent. I had the Morton Monster sandwich, very tasty and filling, avocado toast was great. Will be back when we are back in town.

We decided to try this place as we pass it often. Wasn’t a long wait to be seated. Food came fairly quick but the waitress seemed too busy talking to the table over from us than seeing if we wanted refills of tea/coffee, etc. The potatoes you can tell had been reheated, and were a bit rubbery. Personally, I feel Chi Cafe, and Aston diner are better.

Coffee station is my goto place for breakfast and brunch. They made you feel right at home. Everyone there is friendly and every customer is chill. FREE coffee refills and you can even ask for coffee to go with no extra cost! Decor is very interesting with lots of sports-themed items as the owners are huge Eagles fans. If you feel fancy, you can get hot chocolate and strawberry French toast like me! Delicious! Go birds!

I have to give another shout-out to The Coffee Station. Went there with my parents this morning and damn, the food just keeps getting better. The breakfasts are top-notch and the service is always delightful. Pancakes are wonderful and sweet, eggs are perfectly cooked, and the choices are fun and creative.

First time visit. The coffee was nice and hot. I ordered the creamed chipped beef (AKA SOS) and home fries with a side of sausage links. Food and service were good.

Really cute breakfast spot. We came on a Saturday morning and it was so busy so we had a little wait. But the girls working were absolutely killing it with the huge crowd. The scrapple fries are awesome!
